At Companion Care we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Companion Care practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.

Terrible place, dont take your pet there, I have been lied too regarding pet insurance. This companys only concern is money, and not the health of your pet. Receptionists are rude and arrogant. The sooner this place goes out of business the better

Terrible attitude and quite dismissive. Was waiting for them to open with our dog that was in a lot of pain. Asked a member of staff that had just turned up, she asked the symptoms and if our dog was registered with them, then said well you wouldn't be able to see the vet as she's not registered, then quite bluntly said she didn't know if a vet was in as she hadn't gone In yet, then walked in. She previously in the conversation said there was a vet in today, it also stated on the door there was one in today.
Would never take my dog there now, as they obviously don't care about the animals welfare & so rude and uncaring when we were obviously worried about our dog.

Asked a member of staff that had just turned up, she asked the symptoms and if our dog was registered with them, then said well you wouldn't be able to see the vet as she's not registered, then quite bluntly said she didn't know if a vet was in as she hadn't gone In yet, then walked in.
