Very angry with this vet our 3 year old dog was being sick and not eatting to be just sent home she was took there 6 times in 2 weeks and you did nothing for us to then take her to another vet to be operated on the same day to be told she had a stone stuck in her belly and we had to put her down because where the stone had been in there for 2 weeks it caused massive infection This could of been prevented if you done your job properly and we will be taken it further. Our experience with the surgery was very fustrating,1st of Feb our dog had dental procedure and she is not getting better even tho it was 16 days ago, VET can not tell why and what has to be done for our dog start to feel better. We been there already 4 times after the surgery and we spend over £600 and she is showing no signs of improvement... Really sad situation because it seems like we are not getting profesional help that we need. Not coming back to the same Vet Vlad. my last visit with my cat was a terrible mess, my cat had tooth or gum problems the diagnosis and estimated cost - bore no resemblance to his actual treatment and the cost was over £350 three times the estimate but poor Ralphie was in such a state after the op I just wanted to get him home and safe.I wont be going back with Ralphie - it was traumatizing. We cannot Praise the vets and the staff at the sugery enough for the treatment given to our dog Harry. He contracted pancriaticitis and was very poorly and the outcome was doubtful. Thankfully through the caring and compassionate treatment given to our Harry and it has to be said, us, he has recovered and although he has a resultant ongoing treatable kidney problem we have our Harry back. Vet doesn't speak good English, hasn't taken the symptoms on board what my dog has. He is convinced it's one thing that it was, didn't bother considering it could be something else but my dog doesn't actually have that problem from another vets point of view from a different veterinary centre, treated my dog poorly pulling him about very roughly made him yelp!! Couldn't ask for better people to look after and care for our dogs. The love and care they gave Honey (dog) after her accident and how you saved her life and kept our family together is remarkable. No one more so grateful than her partner in crime Bailey who would be lost without her. We're eternally thankful for everything you have done. Have 5 dogs now all are registered with Jaya can't fault he's service and the genuine concern for my dogs. He performed a hysterectomy on my old girl rottie who had pyametra. He has also operated on my puppy on he's nose to create more open nostrils I can't fault him or tye rest of the amazing friendly knowledgeable kind staff. Friendly, supportive and get professional! My Ruby was very poorly. It was decided with a heavy heart she was best off being sent to Rainbow Bridge. The support I had from the lady vet and staff was unconditional and immense. For a vet to treat your animal like family is indescribable. I will not be going again. Had a male vet who we couldn't understand. He didn't know how to handle my reptile and even dropped him on the table causing him to bleed. It was very expensive to see the vet. He didn't take a proper look at my reptile, since he didn't see the main cause of the infection. Prescribed us with eye drops that are not working. Luckily we visited a new 5 star vet, who found out the reason to why he was ill was because of an abscess, it was much cheaper, we understood everything. He has now received the proper medication for him to get better. I will not be visited again. Read Less

Absolutely brilliant! My cat Gary had to be taken in due to a heart condition. The vet ran so many tests and treated Gary so well keeping him in for a whole week until he was well enough to come home. It was so nice knowing that he was getting constant care by all of the nurses and vets. Customer service really has been excellent and I highly recommend them! Read Less

i live in welling and have used a few vets locally but not very pleased with the level of experience alot of vets have in my area , my friend recommended medway park vets in gillingham to me , it is a bit of a journey but would drive twice the distance to go to jaya , he has been a miracle worker on my tiny chihuahua he had a major operation on his leg and was walking on it after 3 days !!!! , the level of care is outstanding for you and your pet , he will answer his calls if your worried no matter what time it is and he called the following morning to check he was ok . this is the kind of vet that cares for your pet !! its not about the money for jaya its about helping the animal in any way he can.
