Excellent service - couldn't be happier with the amount and quality of advice received from the vetenarian staff at Wigmore. Appointments even when in an emergency don't feel rushed and they spend all the time they can answering any questions or concerns we have. Every animal is treated with respect and as an individual. Reception staff are very friendly and treat each customer as an individual too and are only too happy to keep children amused as well. Prices are reasonable for both treatment and supplies. Parking is always accessible and free just outside the premises. Overall very satisfied and happy to continue to support this local business. Read Less

Would recommend without hesitation. Our cat Percy could not jump up onto anything and following incorrect diagnosis of Spondylitis and thus 6 weeks of incorrect and stressful treatment at the previous vet at the old Nationwide building along Watling Street in Gillingham, Duncan at Wigmore Vets treated Percy for blocked and infected Anal Glands. The entire treatment plan was set out on paper before treatment began so we knew exactly what the treatment was and how much it was going to cost. Following a minor operation, Percy is now happy as Larry and today, jumped from the bathroom window onto the extension roof and then onto the fence and into the back garden which was a nice surprise. Even better, he got back in the house the same way which he hasn't been able to do for about 3 months. We even had courtesy phone calls from the Nurses periodically to ask how Percy was doing which was nice and caring of them. Nothing like that at the previous vets along Watling Street. At the end of Aug 2014, our cat "Cola" passed away whilst at the Wilson Avenue Boarding Cattery in Rochester Kent. FIVE STAR cattery. Lin the "proprietor "kindly took Colas body to our vets (Wigmore Veterinary Centre) as she was unable to store the body. On the 1st Sept I telephoned the vets and asked them to cremate the cat and duly paid the fee of 22.81. Today 29th Sept 2014 I received a phone call from the vets asking me what I wanted to do with the dead body of my cat Cola and requested a fee of 22.81. He had been discovered in a bag stored somewhere at the Vets. I was naturally horrified and extremely upset. They had no knowledge of my original payment. My family and I are distraught at the knowledge that Colas remains are still at the Wigmore vets.
