Very sad to say I had the misfortune of visiting this veterinary practice . Please think twice before using them , I wished I had listened to what I was told about what happens there . But I learnt my lesson the hard way . It's hard to believe what the so called veterinarians there believe is acceptable care for your pet . Would give minus * rating if allowed Read Less

Really care about their patients, they look after the patient's mum and dad too! We have never had any experience but good here. Nigel and the team were great when our cat had cancer and died 3 years ago. They were also very efficient in getting a vet hospital referral done when our current cat had a urinary blockage. You cannot put a price on good veterinary care, the experienced, knowledgeable, personal touch. Read Less

Would not recommend. We found a stray unwell cat and took it to the surgery the following day, Mr Henderson wanted to charge approx 200 for tests, chose not to do this and ended up paying about 56. 10 days later had the cat vaccinated, treated for fleas and worm another 50 ish. Next visit for spaying, surgery had estimated cat to be about 7 months old, surgery found cat microchipped and contacted owner who explained had given cat up about 2 years previously. Why didn't surgery test for micro chipping in first instance and how could they be so wrong on age, as cat is probably about 3 years! Have changed vets now. Vetinary nurses were lovely though. I've been taking my dogs there for 25 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. That should tell you all you need to know.

These guys care. They always looked after Vinnie Jones and made me feel like they were genuinely as inamoured as I was. On his death they sent a card too which was very thoughtful.
