They are definitely learning here. Instead of insisting that you pay upfront and claim the cost of treatment back from your pet's insurers, they now allow you to opt for insurance to pay the surgery direct. The care is very consistent for a high street vet clinic. Read Less

Have used this practice for 15 years. In 2004 they saved our dog Molly's life when she had pyometra and needed emergency surgery. Sadly Molly had to be put to sleep in Dec 2016. It was a traumatic experience for our family but alll the staff were really kind and compassionate especially Clare the vet. We now have an 8 week old puppy that has just hurt her leg.They saw her immediately and reassured us. I recommend this surgery the staff are lovely. 5 stars is fully deserved Read Less

Magdalena and catalin gave up there Christmas to care for our dog Lilly " the tank" She had kidney failure and was intensively nursed around the clock a service far beyond the call of duty....
