1st occasion -When they released my pet from a operation early without the correct pain medicine. We had to go an emergency pet hospital at 3am to get the correct medication.

1st occasion -When they released my pet from a operation early without the correct pain medicine. We had to go an emergency pet hospital at 3am to get the correct medication.
2nd occasion - Gave my pet the wrong medication which made her poorly.
3rd occasion - Charged me £32 for a 3 minute review of my pet. Which was follow up to previous consultation.
This is last time I will use shrubbery. I do not think there priorities are pet care more profits.

Took my cat here for her annual vaccinations after moving to the area. Very impressed with the service and got advice on my lazy, eldery cat's diet. I had raised diet several times with my previous vet and didn't really feel like offered any help. So I'm really happy to have a vets who give advice and also have a weightloss clinic for pets!

They are definitely learning here. Instead of insisting that you pay upfront and claim the cost of treatment back from your pet's insurers, they now allow you to opt for insurance to pay the surgery direct. The care is very consistent for a high street vet clinic.

Have used this practice for 15 years. In 2004 they saved our dog Molly's life when she had pyometra and needed emergency surgery. Sadly Molly had to be put to sleep in Dec 2016. It was a traumatic experience for our family but alll the staff were really kind and compassionate especially Clare the vet. We now have an 8 week old puppy that has just hurt her leg.They saw her immediately and reassured us. I recommend this surgery the staff are lovely. 5 stars is fully deserved

Took my cat here for her annual vaccinations after moving to the area. Very impressed with the service and got advice on my lazy, eldery cat's diet. I had raised diet several times with my previous vet and didn't really feel like offered any help. So I'm really happy to have a vets who give advice and also have a weightloss clinic for pets!

Have used this practice for 15 years. In 2004 they saved our dog Molly's life when she had pyometra and needed emergency surgery. Sadly Molly had to be put to sleep in Dec 2016. It was a traumatic experience for our family but alll the staff were really kind and compassionate especially Clare the vet. We now have an 8 week old puppy that has just hurt her leg.They saw her immediately and reassured us. I recommend this surgery the staff are lovely. 5 stars is fully deserved
