Our beloved cat was treated at this veterinary practice on numerous occasions. On one occasion There was a difficulty with insurance company paying a claim, which the admin staff dealt with poorly. They refused to see our cat again, despite every invoice was paid. Friends in Burwash have also reported that they have experienced an uncaring service at the practice who place the welfare of the animals last and profit first. It appears that I cannot leave least than 3years on this review, 1 believe is sufficient.

Recent owner of a male, Fox Red Labrador, I asked them to issue a passport my dog. I have to point out that I used them for my dog's rabies in April.
Regarding the passport, they told me it would take up to 2 weeks to issue it. As the trip was urgent, i used my charming technique (😉) and 2 days later, the passport was ready.
Overall, very professional. Called couple of time for advice and they always took time to explain and detail all I needed.

I have been with Heathfield Vets for nine years and I have to say I have always found them very friendly and professional and most of all they have a good bedside manner with my dogs, my Flatcoat gets excited when he visits and my little Jack Russell x he is relaxed when he visits. My eight year old Flatcoat recently had a three hour operation to remove cancerous lumps and I have to say they did a fantastic job, he is now running around like a two year old.

I took my cat Twiglet to see the complimentary therapy vet Janet Nuttall. She had been suffering with upset stomach and blood in her stools for almost a year and other treatments had not helped. Janet gave her a thorough examination and suggested she had a food intolerance. A raw diet and 2 weeks of homeopathic drops were prescribed. Within a few days things were much improved and Twiglet has not had any blood in her stools for 3 months now. happy cat and very happy owner, Thanks.
