I have visited bell equine a few times through work and college and have always thought so highly of the service and facilities. I took my horse Thomas to bell on Wednesday and he was seen by David. I visited Bell Equine recently with my nearly 23 year old mare April to investigate her lameness which after much investigation was found to be tendon and ligament damage. I ended up leaving her with them for 4 nights so that she could also have a heart scan and ECG. She couldn't have been in better hands and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Michael who was in charge of her. Thank you to all the vets, nurses and stable staff who looked after her so well. She is doing well and being an absolute star whilst on box rest. I visited Bell Equine today with my little pony Dude for a tooth extraction. Rob and his team were excellent in their handling of my pony and their explanations to me. It was fascinating to see the issues my pony had on camera and have the treatment fully explained. Very annoyed. My mare had a laser surgery on her ear. Which was done brilliant and very well and she was well looked after. Which was paid. But be careful of hidden expenses. We was not told that there was going to be a further expense, a laboratory test on the piece removed. To also not know and not hear any results of any sort. Our insurance has paid it. They are very expensive and charge for attendance as well as call out in some cases and also charge for posting medicine which could be picked up for free to tune of 8 which is double Royal Mail registered delivery. I will be trying a different vet after using them for over 15 years as they have no customer loyalty. Read Less
