Just changed my Vets to Pennards recommended by a friend that goes to Allington Branch. I was nervous about getting my dog neutered. The Vet, Philip, completely set my mind at ease. I was delighted with the result, internal stitches, could hardly see the scar. The aftercare was brilliant too. I would highly recommend Pennards. And, have to say, I'm so happy my friend told me about Pennards as now I have no fear of taking my dog to them, no matter what the problem is, big or small.

I was a bit anxious when Sally left her practice. However, it seems that the new Pennard Team are not letting Sally down (a couple of the Nurses are still there after years of service with her!).
When my terrier had a tumour removed from his foot, I was kept well informed and after a successful operation, my terrier still bounds up the steps of the surgery whenever I need to pop in. I would recommend their Pet Health Plan and I'm very grateful to receive text reminders when my boy's monthly flea treatments are due.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! From the moment you come in the door it is a very personable practice and your never left to feel your just "a customer".
When I've even been in the waiting room they even knew the customers names to greet them as they walking in the door and even their pets name enquiring how they were when they came in to buy food etc, which I thought was lovely as they genuinely do remember you. Particularly the nurses Leanne who has been there in the 20 years I've been bringing my precious fur babies, and Amy on front reception.
The vets have always diagnosed the problems my little ones are having and got it spot on and been caring at the same time.

An excellent small vet practice, part of a larger Kent-wide practice which offers a huge range of services. I've used three branches and all the vets are very pleasant, extremely kind to the animals. I had to have an ill cat put to sleep earlier this year-it was done so sensitively. My dog likes going too!

Just changed my Vets to Pennards recommended by a friend that goes to Allington Branch. I was nervous about getting my dog neutered. The Vet, Philip, completely set my mind at ease. I was delighted with the result, internal stitches, could hardly see the scar. The aftercare was brilliant too. I would highly recommend Pennards. And, have to say, I'm so happy my friend told me about Pennards as now I have no fear of taking my dog to them, no matter what the problem is, big or small.

I was a bit anxious when Sally left her practice. However, it seems that the new Pennard Team are not letting Sally down (a couple of the Nurses are still there after years of service with her!).
When my terrier had a tumour removed from his foot, I was kept well informed and after a successful operation, my terrier still bounds up the steps of the surgery whenever I need to pop in. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! From the moment you come in the door it is a very personable practice and your never left to feel your just "a customer".
