Allpets are committed to providing an exceptional level of veterinary care combined with a personal and friendly customer service. They have been established for more than 30 years, making them the longest running veterinary clinic in the Petts Wood area.
Allpets are an independent fully functioning clinic and have the facilities to deal with all cases on-site, routine, surgical and emergency ones, without depending on a main branch clinic. That means they can work up each case very quickly, sometimes delivering results even within 20 minutes, saving precious time and avoiding the stress or the danger of moving your pet to a different clinic.
Consistency of service is a priority for Allpets. That means if your pet has a long term condition you will mainly be seeing the same vet on each reassessment visit, who will be familiar with your pet’s case, allowing for more efficient monitoring and treatment.

First time I've been there. Lovely welcoming staff, on arrival I noticed how clean the waiting room was and then on being called into the consult room for our appointment noticed this was also very clean and tidy. The Vet seemed caring and very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the service and price.

Our little dog became very poorly after Christmas and we needed help. Fast. Fotios, Elizabeth and the whole Team at Allpets were brilliant. Not only did Hattie receive expert attention - it was delivered with a kindness and compassion which left us touched and humbled. We now have our adorable little companion back to fitness - chasing balls and stealing slippers. We truly can't thank you enough. Hattie sends her love.

Myself and my husband have been taking our pets to 'All Pets' for about 30 years, since the days of Dan O'Neil, through to it's current owners. Our 2 cats that reached the ages of 19 and 20 years, our old boy Jack Russell who reached the great age of 21 years, and now our 2 female Jack Russells both aged 14 years, have all been cared for in a personable, sensitive, caring & professional way. The staff are fantastic because they really do care. They keep up to date with new medications & select what is appropriate for each animal, having taken time to work out their needs & what will benefit their system / body. We are so happy to know we have a professional & caring vets on our doorstep. Thanks for being in Petts Wood village.

Having spent over ten years at this vet without any trouble we found ourselves with a £700 vet bill to have our cat tested when she had upset stomach and a wheeze. Worried for our cat we reluctantly consented, only to be told that she actually had gastroentiritis. We were of course pleased that she was OK but when we put our concerns in writing we received a very rude letter back from the so-called 'customer service manager' who told us she should have raised concerns in person not via a letter and that she had sent our documents that we would need to move surgeries! Disgraceful 'professionalism', avoid at all costs.

Our little dog became very poorly after Christmas and we needed help. Fast. Fotios, Elizabeth and the whole Team at Allpets were brilliant. Not only did Hattie receive expert attention - it was delivered with a kindness and compassion which left us touched and humbled. Myself and my husband have been taking our pets to 'All Pets' for about 30 years, since the days of Dan O'Neil, through to it's current owners.
