We have been using this vets for a few years after having a nightmare with our last 2 vets one misdiagnosed and the other suggested that our dog had days to live and was seriously ill and it turned out she was allergic to something and lived another 8 years. They are kind and considerate to our pets and always have good appointment slots.

Very welcoming and friendly staff.
The practice looks very clean and bright. We have never been left waiting long, and they are always so lovely to our cats.

Very welcoming and friendly staff.
The practice looks very clean and bright. We have never been left waiting long, and they are always so lovely to our cats.
The prices arnt ridiculous, the healthy pet plan is good, it has really helped us.
I would definitely recommend them.

Visited this vet with my dog who was having severe itching to ears and licking paws.
No tests were offered; no diagnosis given just suggested may be some sort of allergy. Was given ear drops to one ea...
Visited this vet with my dog who was having severe itching to ears and licking paws.
No tests were offered; no diagnosis given just suggested may be some sort of allergy. Was given ear drops to one ear & new medication that replaces steroids to last one month only. Was not given any costs involved or any other options. Went to reception was his hit by a bill of £145.00. Felt completely ripped off, did not want to cause a scene in public so did not complain. This has taught me a big lesson never trust a vet, always question, query and find out cost before administration. When are vets going to be regulated and offer more transparency? I will not be visiting this vet again.
£145.00 for an itch………………….

My family have used this practice for over 25 years and will continue to do so. The recent euthanasia of my dog was handled with utmost respect and dignity. I couldn't have wished for a nicer goodby...

This has become our local Vets for our new Puppy.
The premises is clear, the vets are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is great.
To be honest, the prices seem to be more than other Vets we did some research on but having visited EasiPetCare in Chatham and being disgusted by them, perhaps you get what you pay for.
Would definitely recommend them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This practice carried out a procedure on my dog and afterwards she still appeared to be in a lot of pain for around 1 week after (the vets had said she would be fine in a few days) we couldn't sleep as we were so worried about what was happening to our dog. We kept taking her back asking them what the problem was and they kept giving more and more painkiller injections (which I believe were morphene based). After about 8 days we realised that the area had healed up well and there was no reason for her to be crying like she was (she just kept staring at us, whimpering, it seemed like she was having hallucinations). We decided to take her off the tablets and she was fine within around 4 hours. We feel that the practice should of realised that she had an allergic reaction and we still don't fully understand what our dog through but definitely would never take any pet there again they obviously don't have any common sense at all.

We have been using this vets for a few years after having a nightmare with our last 2 vets one misdiagnosed and the other suggested that our dog had days to live and was seriously ill and it turned out she was allergic to something and lived another 8 years. They are kind and considerate to our pets and always have good appointment slots.
