i just love it here we !! all staff are just so friendly...on the phone and in person ...i just can not fault them...our kitten lilly had her jabs etc a few months ago,and today she came in to be neut...

Extremely expensive, rabbit nail clipping 18 for 4 mins job where as i usually pay 6 elsewhere. This Place is unhygenic and unprofessional staff also the nurse had chip on her shoulder n liddl attitude was also a bit ignorant tbh, in general no passion what so ever but your pet is only a job chore, i would never go back to this place.

Whilst we did get seen quickly with our puppy, they charged us DOUBLE the market rate for a 25ml tub of ear drops - 38! Available from online suppliers (with a prescription) in the same size, exact same product for 14.50 plus 2.99 1st class postage. Obvisouly not ideal to have medication posted if it is urgent but this was not urgent so the 100%+ mark-up was completely unnecessary.

I've been to Stanhope road vets before with my dog and never had any trouble. Today we saw Andrea Susanna for Betsy's jabs. On examination of her tummy, Betsy did growl as she was very anxious. Andrea shouted several times at Betsy very loud and sternly. As I tried to smile and calm Betsy down with a reassuring voice, Andrea was very rude to me and told me "it was no laughing matter". I had my two year old son with me who was anxious to be in a room with a shouting stranger, and now left with my poor dog who will red plenty of calming when she will need to visit the vets again. Very rude and absolutely no compassion with my best friend. I will never be returning to this surgery again.

Amazing service, they really care about your pets!!!! saw my tortoise and is now in perfect health!!!!! 100% would recommend them if you have a worry or issue with your pet!!!!
