Very helpful staff and clean environment. The vets always take time to make all necessary checks so you can leave with confifence. We had an insurance claim to make and they took all the forms and adv...
Very helpful staff and clean environment. The vets always take time to make all necessary checks so you can leave with confifence. We had an insurance claim to make and they took all the forms and advised us they would make sure everything went through and within two weeks we had been contacted from the pet insurance company saying payment would be made. Have been there a total of three times and will continue to use them. Don't be worried if your dog does a wee on the floor as apparently they all do it through out the day!

Couldn't praise this surgery more....I was not a registered patient but when my cat became unwell and needed some attention, a quick phone call and a very friendly nurse called Emma told me to go straight up..within 20 minutes my cat was treated and made more comfortable.... thankyou so so much...Will definitely recommend to others .

I cannot recommend the Oaks highly enough. I have been taking my dogs there for the last 11 years. In all that time Poppy and Buster (who is sadly no longer with us) have never had anything but the best treatment and care. Everyone, receptionists, nurses and vets have always been wonderful not only to my beloved dogs but also to me, helping me with advice and comfort when I have had to make difficult decisions. Today I trust them implicitly to do their very best for Poppy as she grows older and she is always treated with love and care by everyone on our visits. Thank you to all at the Oaks - you are an amazing team.

I've visited Christmas Lane vets a few times recently with Barney, my Golden Retriever puppy. He had vaccinations, surgery & also had to go in because of sickness problems. Every single person here has been fantastic looking after him, from the welcoming receptionists to the friendly nurses and vets. You can really see how proud everyone is of the job they do & they love our pets too. Barney even got invited back just to say hello I know some pets are really frightened of the vets, but I definitely recommend Christmas Lane. Barney says 'woof' & thank you for looking after me so well (& ps; treats are always gratefully received ) xxx

My dog has died in front of me as a result of a vets incompetence. Blood test results suggested infection but she was never offered iv antibiotics. The infection spread into her body. I literally watched her deteriorate every day but vet was so blinkered in diagnosing one thing, she missed what was right in front of her. If you are not happy, trust your instinct and get a second opinion before it's too late

How incompetent, good job my pup has been ok up to now when iv enquired about this, is all they could do is apologise, how that would of helped in the case I needed to make a claim I do not know, will not be setting foot in there AGAIN

Even being offered a refreshing drink, whilst waiting. Lovely afternoon there and promptly made an appointment for Crystals flea and worming treatment.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the staff and my experiences at The Oaks. Having recently moved into the county, it is so difficult to find a vets that you trust to look after your little ones. The reception staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The nurses are professional and knowledgable. The Vet that I have seen on a number of occasions, Sarla, showed incredible knowledge and understanding. Sarla issued my Hollies Pet Passport which enabled us to take her on holiday to France and Spain. The overall experience was painless and trouble free. As I said, we haven't been in Kent long and the Oaks is our third vets since moving here. We are very happy with the Oaks and we hope to be using them for a long time, even Hollie enjoys going there and gets especially excited at the staff on reception.

Very helpful staff and clean environment. The vets always take time to make all necessary checks so you can leave with confifence. In all that time Poppy and Buster (who is sadly no longer with us) have never had anything but the best treatment and care. I would just like to say how pleased I am with the staff and my experiences at The Oaks. Having recently moved into the county, it is so difficult to find a vets that you trust to look after your little ones. The reception staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
