I cannot fault Vets4Pets.I started using them as my old vets lost their personal touch and became so money orientated. When I take Scooby there he is made a fuss of,which means so much to me,he is the one there to see them, not me. From the receptionists to the nurses to the vets and beyond the care my dog receives is awesome and Kayleigh the nurse that we always see has a beautiful soul, both Scooby and I love her, she is so good at her job. So I thank all you guys at Vets4Pets with all my heart for taking care of Scooby-doo like you do,it means the world to me. Read Less

The vet seem very eager to get the vaccination over quickly . My dog is a tiny rescue dog who was very badly treated and is very wary of people. The vet didn't spend any time trying to gain her confidence and seemed quite put out that she tried to bite her when grabbing the back of her neck to give her a jab. All in all quite a fraught visit. Our cat was badly injured in a car accident. We took him straight to Vets4Pets Hastings and Dan and the team diagnosed what was needed and cared for him so he was stable. They operated on him and through their skill and dedication our cat is now, a few weeks on, almost fully recovered. I think you only realise and appreciate a vet’s true skill when you are in greatest need and I can’t recommend Dan and the whole team highly enough. Read Less
