Thank you soo much for your help about Emma ,our rescue Seagull . After you made the perfect wing surgery and 3 weeks with me in care ,she was released yesterday back to her friends at st magrets bay ,she flow of so nicely and safe . You are heroes !Dirk and the Seagulls from St.Magrets Bay .

If you wish to register with a new practice you must get past the reception. Why is it quicker to phone the surgery than actually visit the place? I went there today to register, only to watch two ...
If you wish to register with a new practice you must get past the reception. Why is it quicker to phone the surgery than actually visit the place? I went there today to register, only to watch two receptionists take calls, finish the calls and take more calls whilst I was standing there.
What is it about the telephone that makes a personal visit insignificant? It's as if one is a captured audience who can be dealt with once the calls are dealt with. Fortunately there are plenty of other veterinary practices in east Kent where one can attend - in person - and get spoken to, before the telephone call is taken.

On Christmas eve our gerbil was bleeding from his stomach area, and even though we hadn't used their practice before, they saw him 10 minutes later which was 30 minutes before closing for the holiday....
On Christmas eve our gerbil was bleeding from his stomach area, and even though we hadn't used their practice before, they saw him 10 minutes later which was 30 minutes before closing for the holiday. The vet treated him to stop the bleeding and although needs further treatment is doing very well. I can not thank them enough for the selflessness which allowed us to have a less stressful Christmas, and helping our gerbil begin to recover his health. Such lovely people.

We have recently moved to the area and were straight away recommended White Mill Vets. You have been excellent to us from helping with our new addition to the family with his problems (Archie the Horse) to giving our much loved cat 5 star treatment and comfort to live out the end of his days for even longer than we expected and we cannot thank you enough; having that time with Domino meant everything to us. Thank you again and see you soon, Lesley & Francesca at Northbanks (and of course the horses) X

I would like to thank all the staff at White Mill Veterinary Surgery who have helped me over the past few months. I have lost 2 elderly dogs and both times all staff have shown compassion and understanding at a very difficult time. The best vets in the world! I have had numerous Equine vets out to see my old girly money isn't a priority here the animals health is! I had Michael out last night to help with my old girls breathing ...
The best vets in the world! I have had numerous Equine vets out to see my old girly money isn't a priority here the animals health is! I had Michael out last night to help with my old girls breathing he was with me so quickly dosed her up and took great care of her! I cannot thank you guys enough for everything you have done and do for my horse and dogs! Love you all!! x

Great care and attention for our animals, great and small, whether they are covered in hair or feathers, have 2 legs or 4, we have never felt we are waisting their time. Will continue to use for years...
