The care at Elands is second to none. I travel from Essex to the undoubted excellence of Phillip and his team. Not only do I travel for the animals care m, but for their food. Farmina kibble is the best I've ever used. My pets have glossy coats, fresh breath (always a bonus for an old dog) and they like it after transiting from a raw and time consuming diet. My siamese diva cat has had the best gold care from Elands from being 4 months old. Elands have neutered two of my pets, chihuahua cross has had the fastest recovery I've ever seen after her keyhole surgery. Spade one day, and back to her nutty self the next. My male cat was bouncing like Tigger the same day. I can not gush enough about the care and competence of the team. It's not the cheapest vet in Sevenoaks, but it's certainly the best value, and the building is pretty impressive too!Read Less

Elands care and love for all their human as well as animal clients is second to none; even though my rabbit Bonnie had been referred by them to a specialist vet, when she sadly passed away, they sent a lovely card to me. It made me feel that they appreciated and cared how I felt. Luca and Becky took lots of time to talk everything through with me and I did not feel I was imposing. The receptionists were lovely too when I phoned up and were excited for me when I got my existing bunny, Buckthorn, a new friend, Ewok! Alice's care of our cats in the past has been exceptional too. Had my cats castrated yesterday. There was a complication which could have cost us 200 but Natalie managed to uncomplicate it with a bit of manoeuvring saving us 200. More importantly the staff at Kemsing looked after my little rascals fantastically, so much so Chester and Oatcake weren't in any rush to leave, which says it all really. Although it's a shame Georgie left Natalie is filling her shoes wonderfully and I'm glad she is at the Kemsing branch. Thank you :-D Read Less

We have been with Elands for 17 years. They have been there throughout the lives of our very much missed Staffies Aisha and Kez, our 4 rabbits, 1 of which Katie is still with us at the ripe old age of 9&1/2 We have just added Tessie our 3rd Staffie who came from Battersea London, she is nearly 4 months old now. I have only been a customer for about 2 months having moved to Dunton Green and I just want to say how impressed I am with your practice and your overall love and care for my dog. On Sunday I had to rush my dog Tilly to your emergency clinic after she had an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. I had a call from you on Monday to see how Tilly was and I only handed my insurance claim form to Pennards yesterday, to receive a text this afternoon to say it had been emailed and sent to the insurance company. I must say this is fantastic customer service as Tilly's previous vet took 2 weeks or more to complete the claim form and I certainly wouldn't have received a call yesterday to see how Tilly was doing. Tilly has had 2 lots of luxating patella surgery on her back legs at a specialist in Hartfordshire. From this Tilly is not a fan of the vets at all and at best she is a very difficult patient. Your standards are on par with the specialist and the time Georgie spent with Tilly on our first visit was really appreciated. Thank you so much!Read Less
