Was dubious about going to a vet connected to a retail establishment, but have heard good things about the practice from local dog owners.
I recently transferred to Vet4Pets from lack of patient care from Pennards Sevenoaks, wanting to leave my dog without medication for 48 hours!
I can highly recommend Sylvester!!!
His patient care to my dog was caring and empathetic and gave full explanation on diagnosis and what treatment/medication options he could offer.
Sylvester has open communication with you as a pet owner and takes onboards any concerns you have. He also welcomes conversations RE: Alternative/Holistic pain medication, rather than judge or pushes his opinion on you, as he respects and appreciates you know what is best for your pet.
My dog is normally very nervous around vets, and likes to avoid them, jump of the examining table and looks for the door, but he was very calm and curious about Sylvester which says a lot!
As the saying goes… Dogs are a good judge of character.

Highly recommend Sylvester and his team - always super helpful and accomodating.
Recently our puppy broke her leg and Sylvester promptly saw her at short notice and operated on her swiftly. She is recovering well and we know it's due to Sylvester's work and continuous check ups and sound advice.
We consider ourselves lucky to have such a great vet so close by and we trust Sylvester with all our animals (dogs, cat, chickens, ducks and rabbits)

Sylvester is such a caring and fantastic vet. He's very good with my rabbits and they always seem to mellow with him, unlike me! I really trust his advice. I phoned the nurses on the desk for advice once and when they came back on the phone they said Sylvester had asked after my rabbit and how he was. How he manages such a busy practice is beyond me. Thank you to Sylvester and all the lovely nurses you make an anxious situation a little easier

Was dubious about going to a vet connected to a retail establishment, but have heard good things about the practice from local dog owners.
