Staff are amazing. All the Vet nurses are so caring and thoughtful, very knowledgable as well. Stan the vet is great and very caring. Without him our cat Brian’s leg still wouldn’t be right. The receptionist are great too and very professional and friendly. My cats and I always feel welcome when they come for appointments. They really do give the best possible care.

I have used this surgery for over 10 years and always been very happy with my pet's treatment and the staff. However my last trip was very disappointing as I took my cat to have a dental assessment and knew she needed some teeth out. The vet I saw made me feel like a child and kept on going on about my cat having fleas, which she didn't as she has flea treatment (from that surgery - laugh!) every other month and is combed everyday. The vet then went on about her dirty ears, which they were not and seemed to be looking for problems rather than solving them and doing what I asked. I was given antibiotics for dogs which did not inspire me with confidence and an an estimate for £450 of which 2 items I dont have to have but are on there anyway! When I asked about the discount offer they advertised at one of there other surgeries the vet said it applied to that one too. When I later queried why it wasn't on the estimate they advised that it only applied to one surgery and for the month of April........not impressed and very annoyed!

I can find no fault with this vets practice. They are friendly, observant, and educated to knowing what your pet may be suffering with. Because its a friendly atmosphere it makes the patients relaxed...
I can find no fault with this vets practice. They are friendly, observant, and educated to knowing what your pet may be suffering with. Because its a friendly atmosphere it makes the patients relaxed, (unless its my dog Kaydee it just makes her more excited) but that means the mums and dads can talk without having to worry too much about our dogs/cats/rabbits etc. So no I can honestly say they are an excellent practice.

took my cat Elfie yesterday, for lack of appetite, Stan was very thorough with a check up and after an antibiotic and a bit of re-hydration. This morning he came down for food, ........ this vets practice, may not be the cheapest, but they sure do care, and treat every pet like their own.

This is by far the best vets I have ever been to, the staff treat my pets so well. I have tried other local vets but none are as good as Wellpets.
