Took my cat Ginger to Sheerness Wellpets vetinary clinic and the vet and nurse was so very helpful and amazing,the reception staff was so welcoming and helpful and the whole visit from start to finish...

I have used this vets for many Years even before my current dog who is 12yrs plus. The staff are always very welcoming and caring at all times. My dog has not had good health and knowing im taking her to people that care about her is why i stay at this vets.

Had a trip to my local vets today, Wellpets in Sheerness, and as usual was greeted by the friendly, cheerful staff! I have never known them to be anything else and they always make me and my little do...
Had a trip to my local vets today, Wellpets in Sheerness, and as usual was greeted by the friendly, cheerful staff! I have never known them to be anything else and they always make me and my little dog feel welcome! He has had a few necessary trips to the vets and I can honestly say that he has been treated with care and compassion by the expert staff! I am extremely thankful for all their help and advice over the last five years, they have really looked after him well! I would highly recommend Wellpets! Thanks guys!

Have been taking my dog here for over 5yrs now, since he was a pup. They have always been so helpful if any treatment has been needed ,have explained why necessary and the procedures. Always have best interests of pet at heart.
Very caring to both the pet and the owner and very soon remember the pets & owners name on sight.
Very friendly ,professional and welcoming.

Took my dog to the vet to make an appointment to inspect a small lump on his ear, the veterinarian popped his head out the door inviting a patient through and nicely greeted my dog, he asked what was the issue and i showed him the lump, which he confirmed was normal and that it will go down in a few weeks. he walked back in his room and seen to the lady he invited through. The receptionist tried charging me for skin cream for my dog and the vets consultation when i didn't even step into his room or even have an appointment. its all about money with these with them

I used to like coming here in the beginning because the main vet appeared friendly and would happily inform on anything your unsure or unclear about. Until one day, when clearly he was in a fowl mood....
I used to like coming here in the beginning because the main vet appeared friendly and would happily inform on anything your unsure or unclear about. Until one day, when clearly he was in a fowl mood. I left in tears, he was passive aggressive and absolutely vile. I'd heard he'd upset many people before but couldn't see it myself until this particular visit. I never got an apology and even on complaining it wasn't dealt with or taken seriously. I'll never use them again!

Had a trip to my local vets today, Wellpets in Sheerness, and as usual was greeted by the friendly, cheerful staff! I have never known them to be anything else and they always make me and my little dog feel welcome! He has had a few necessary trips to the vets and I can honestly say that he has been treated with care and compassion by the expert staff!
