IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL AND WANT COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! On two separate occasions with two different dogs I have been shocked and appalled at the lack of empathy and sheer stupidity of the staff. My dog was hit by a car and died and when I was rushing from work to get to the vets I rang them and the first thing the lady said to me was "Well if you want to take her home she is in a bag in the freezer"!! I have no words for what kind of person would say that to someone who has just had their dog die. The other occasion was actually the vet (who you would think would have slightly more brains or at least experience dealing with people who have had a pet die). As our German Shepherd was being put to sleep he was prodding him all over telling us that he has cancer here there and everywhere, literally as he was falling asleep. I am absolutely gutted that my family took the dog that had been hit by the car to this vets surgery, unfortunately it is the closest vets to where she got hit. I am confident that if she had been taken to a different vets she would have had much better care and possibly a better outcome. Read Less

I came to the surgery with my son who has aspergus his cat had come to the end of her life the staff and the Vet were lovely and sympathetic. To cap it all my son received a sympathy card today I am overwhelmed by the surgery thank you so much. Read Less
