Yesterday sadly had to put our beloved Staff ,Bert ,to sleep. The vet and staff were extremely caring and compassionate. There was no rush for us to leave and we were able to spend precious time with ...
Yesterday sadly had to put our beloved Staff ,Bert ,to sleep. The vet and staff were extremely caring and compassionate. There was no rush for us to leave and we were able to spend precious time with our special and beloved dog. The care he has received over his 10 years has been fantastic. Once again thank you for all you have done for Bert from the Graystone family xxx

Great place to go should you need a vet. Perhaps a bit expensive, but such places usually are. Can't fault the service though, which is the most important side of this.

The reception and treatment rooms are always lovely, comfortable and clean. I have never been disappointed in the treatment of my cats and they are notably less stressed here than I have seen with my previous cats at other vets. As I work full time it's great to be able to get appointments later in the evening than most other vets I have used before and with parking right at the practice even better. I will happily keep bringing my cats here in the future.

Misdiagnosed my dog. Treated her for something she did not have. Once flushed ears did not send off for tests even though i requested. Very heavy handed made her yelp as least 3 times. No permanent v...
Misdiagnosed my dog. Treated her for something she did not have. Once flushed ears did not send off for tests even though i requested. Very heavy handed made her yelp as least 3 times. No permanent vets on site all locums. Very poor

Always polite, helpful and willing to give advice. Appointments always available. Emergency seen immediately. My Sphynx cat just got spayed and her scar has healed so well you can't see it........and she has no fur which shows the skill and care the vet took to ensure her nakedness would not be scarred! She recovered within a couple of days so they must have been gentle. They have shown care, knowledge and genuine love to all my pets and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My cat is not a huggy cat yet she allowed all to have a cuddle and never gets worried about going to see her fan club! A true testament to their genuine compassion. YOU ARE AMAZING THANKYOU.

Yesterday sadly had to put our beloved Staff ,Bert ,to sleep. The vet and staff were extremely caring and compassionate. There was no rush for us to leave and we were able to spend precious time with our special and beloved dog. The care he has received over his 10 years has been fantastic. The reception and treatment rooms are always lovely, comfortable and clean. I have never been disappointed in the treatment of my cats and they are notably less stressed here than I have seen with my previous cats at other vets. As I work full time it's great to be able to get appointments later in the evening than most other vets I have used before and with parking right at the practice even better. I will happily keep bringing my cats here in the future.

My Sphynx cat just got spayed and her scar has healed so well you can't see it........and she has no fur which shows the skill and care the vet took to ensure her nakedness would not be scarred!
