Could ask no more from the team at the Cinque ports. Helpful over the phone. Gave us an appointment same day which was a Saturday. We had a second appointment and saw a different vet, this was not issue as they keep good records and have knowledgeable staff. Back in April we had to say a very sad goodbye to our dog it was Esther's job to put him to sleep she had cared for him over 18 months of him having Arthritis but it got the better of him in the end. I would recommend them highly to anyone who loves their pets. They don't, just care about the Animals they care about all concerned. I would not take any pets of mine anywhere else. Read Less

Very difficult to write a review when the experience has been limited. However, the reason for writing a review was due to one aspect of their service that was not what I expected. My dog was clearly in pain and had lost the use of its back legs. I phoned the emergency number and explained the symptoms. instead of some reassuring advice and any hint of concern the vet, who was based in Hawkhurst, did he absolute best to dissuade me from requiring the vet to come and treat my dog. She simply went through the charges of what it will cost for the call out, and that because I was not registered it would cost more, and that she was in Hawkhurst and she would have to get to Rye etc etc. Even when I said money was no problem she still went on about it.
