They are really helpful and it is such a friendly environment. My dog loves it so much he pulls me towards it when we walk past. The team are all so nice and they care about animals so much. It is clear to see they love animals and helping them. I take my cat and dog there and the team are amazing. I highly recommend it.

Could ask no more from the team at the Cinque ports. Helpful over the phone. Gave us an appointment same day which was a Saturday. We had a second appointment and saw a different vet, this was not issue as they keep good records and have knowledgeable staff. We got asked to give phone updates so they could keep tabs on our animals progress. All back to normal now for our pet thankfully.

Back in April we had to say a very sad goodbye to our dog it was Esther's job to put him to sleep she had cared for him over 18 months of him having Arthritis but it got the better of him in the end. ...
Back in April we had to say a very sad goodbye to our dog it was Esther's job to put him to sleep she had cared for him over 18 months of him having Arthritis but it got the better of him in the end. I would recommend them highly to anyone who loves their pets. They don't, just care about the Animals they care about all concerned. I would not take any pets of mine anywhere else.

Couldn't be better. Thank you Esther. 2013 we lost our boy Timba, and we gave you the horrible job of putting him to sleep. You were very caring and sympathetic. Now we are getting treatment for our poor old boy Bryn, a Golden Retriever who's almost 16. Your caring continues, and not once have you given us the impression that his care is less important "because he's old". You have helped our boys for many years, starting with acupuncture many years ago before you came to Cinque Ports. We know we can trust you implicitly because you seem to care almost as much about our dogs as we do. Bless you and thank you.

Thank you all so much for your support and guidance this weekend. Despite it being a long BH weekend Dr Watson did everything she could to advise and monitor the situation. Her judgement and clinical care and on-going monitoring was absolutely spot on. She possesses an increasingly rare quality among professionals to discuss options for intervention while clearly outlining the risks and benefits of each, allowing the owner to come to an informed decision. Follow-up was appropriate and timely. We are tremendously grateful :-)

Very difficult to write a review when the experience has been limited. However, the reason for writing a review was due to one aspect of their service that was not what I expected. My dog was clearly...
Very difficult to write a review when the experience has been limited. However, the reason for writing a review was due to one aspect of their service that was not what I expected. My dog was clearly in pain and had lost the use of its back legs. I phoned the emergency number and explained the symptoms. instead of some reassuring advice and any hint of concern the vet, who was based in Hawkhurst, did he absolute best to dissuade me from requiring the vet to come and treat my dog.
She simply went through the charges of what it will cost for the call out, and that because I was not registered it would cost more, and that she was in Hawkhurst and she would have to get to Rye etc etc. Even when I said money was no problem she still went on about it. I experienced a very unprofessional and uncaring attitude.

They are really helpful and it is such a friendly environment. My dog loves it so much he pulls me towards it when we walk past. The team are all so nice and they care about animals so much. It is clear to see they love animals and helping them. I take my cat and dog there and the team are amazing. I highly recommend it.

Back in April we had to say a very sad goodbye to our dog it was Esther's job to put him to sleep she had cared for him over 18 months of him having Arthritis but it got the better of him in the end. I would recommend them highly to anyone who loves their pets. They don't, just care about the Animals they care about all concerned. I would not take any pets of mine anywhere else.

Very difficult to write a review when the experience has been limited. However, the reason for writing a review was due to one aspect of their service that was not what I expected. My dog was clearly in pain and had lost the use of its back legs.
