I had been with this vet 20 odd years, WORST VET EVER .They don't care about animals just money. When my yorkie needed to be put sleep on a sunday they let her suffer because I could not get to the bank before hand, (as I don't drive) I said I would pay on Monday the nurse hung up on me . I went to different vet who looked after my pet, money was not the first thing they asked for. MORE FOOL ME I went back to pierson stewart when my cat was taken ill, same thing happened. They let her suffer for 4 hours because I said it would be a couple of days before I could pay the 1,000 needed for the op they said she needed. They would not treat her until I said I could pay that day. When I got the money together that day, they xrayed my cat.(she needed to be put to sleep) If they had x rayed her first they would have known she did not need a 1,000 op and she would not have had to suffer for hours. My daughter cried for hours because you let her cat suffer. I had been with pierson stewart for 20 odd years ( ALWAYS PAID ) They just care about money not the animals, its a shame because they never used to be like that .I know you say there are bad payers but you should be more loyal to your long standing customers (who have always paid) When its a emergency not everyone carries 1,000 on them. ..... You let my cat suffer because you would not treat her until I got a 1.000 on the day for a op THAT SHE DID NOT NEED. YOU GOT IT WRONG and my cat was the one to suffer for it. The welfare of the animal should come first. I am now with a vet that puts the animals first. 0 starsRead Less

Would give zero stars if i could shame they refused to treat a dog as the owners couldn't pay 1000 up front i thought vets were meant to care about animals not money first !!!!
