I was looking for the best vets in Tunbridge Wells for our cats. Find this place as they had the best rating online and some people was recommended them so we did feel confident to take them there it ...
I was looking for the best vets in Tunbridge Wells for our cats. Find this place as they had the best rating online and some people was recommended them so we did feel confident to take them there it was a fews months ago now. So my wife did take there our 3 male cats for neutering and one for microchipp(two kittens and one 1yeard old)-the most friendly and loving humans cats.AND THIS WAS MISTAKE!
They went there as a very healthy happy cats, after operation 2 of them had damaged eyes-the vet said that she don't know how this happend as the nurse was looking after them after op and said "sorry" thousand of times...
The older one had huge temperature his testicals look awful! Unnormal not like they usually look after castration! Till now they look this way and just find out there was ,,somthings,, left inside by other vet obviously... he was terrific take me lots of time to calm him down...till today he's terrific while someone who he don't know come in to our house and this was fews months back now!
Just find out aswell that he don't have this microchipp which they said that they done it...
After the op the nurse come out with them and said "how difficult cats I have"
I don't know what you were doing there with them but they were the most friendly cats before they went to you!
Plus she said that she put some free sample of RoyalCannin food for them inside the bag for free which we didn't ask for when I checked the receipt in the house they charge me like £14 for the samples! After calling reception they said I can't return them while they left the vet place...
The male cat who have his testicals done and somthings was left there look like done by butcher ! her name was vet Natalie Harley(call the vet after the op and ask I couldn't believe that a professionalist will do that kind of awful job) I'll recommended you to back to Africa do your charity work as your awful vet !
Ending my review:
(They went there ONLY for neutering plus 1microchip)
No microchipp as he was checked recently BY OTHER VET PRACTICE!
Somthings left in my cat testicals...
RoyalCannin samples which I throw away charged me £14.
Damaged eyes of my cats! (which happend there)
I left with the triple bill as they charge me for some eye drops, eye antibiotics, eye gel etc etc.plus the samples...
AWFUL PLACE !
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET I regret but couldn't go back in time unfortunately

I took my bunny here for his annual check up and vaccinations. The vet handled my bunny very roughly and sent him scrambling to get back to me across the table. In the process he ripped a claw out and was bleeding from his paw. The vet didn't seem bothered and said it would be fine. The vet had no care or feeling for the welfare of my bunny but just wanted to get onto the next appointment. I will never go back to Culverden.

I can't fault the care and dedication they showed to our beloved Buster over the years at Culverdens in Crowborough. Last week we had to make the sad decision to have him put to sleep at home (aged 16) and although it was one of the hardest things we have had to do, it was the compassion and respect showed by the vet to us and Buster that really helped us get through that terrible time!

Usually I would have given this vet a 5 star BUT my last appointment with my cat was a nightmare. The vet couldn't inject my cat properly and kept having to put the needle in. My cat was completely traumatised by the whole experience. The vet also shaved her a little under her chin as she had a knot of fur there and told me this was the safest way to remove it and posed no risk compared to a pair of scissors. BUT I have now discovered the vet cut my cat and left a wound the size of my fingerprint. I am furious and appalled so hence this bad review. BEWARE.

Fantastic and Caring. I have had a need to visit on three occasions for different reasons in the lats month and I have found them to be an extremely caring and good vets. Could no't recommend them highly enough. I'd just ignore the other poor reviewers, bad reviewers will ALWAYS find there way to the internet, happy customers hardly ever do.

I can't fault the care and dedication they showed to our beloved Buster over the years at Culverdens in Crowborough. Last week we had to make the sad decision to have him put to sleep at home (aged 16) and although it was one of the hardest things we have had to do, it was the compassion and respect showed by the vet to us and Buster that really helped us get through that terrible time!

Usually I would have given this vet a 5 star BUT my last appointment with my cat was a nightmare. The vet couldn't inject my cat properly and kept having to put the needle in. My cat was completely traumatised by the whole experience. The vet also shaved her a little under her chin as she had a knot of fur there and told me this was the safest way to remove it and posed no risk compared to a pair of scissors. BUT I have now discovered the vet cut my cat and left a wound the size of my fingerprint. I am furious and appalled so hence this bad review. BEWARE.
