Best Vets ever. Ian Robertson is amazing, so kind and patient with the animals and very gentle. In fact all the staff are very nice as are the other Vets and Nurses in the practice, whom I have sometimes seen when Ian is not there. The receptionists are lovely too. He was abrupt and rude, the 1st time was when I had my dogs claws done and I asked him to look at a lump on her side, He very abruptly said "if you want me to look at her lump book another appointment" I thought it was rude but put it down to him having an off day! The second time and last time was when I sent her to have her teeth cleaned, I rang on the wed to ask how much, my daughter and a friend where with me, the vets said £55. I took her in on the Friday to have them done, went to collect her at 3 went to the desk to pay and they said £123.00!!!!!! I told the receptionist I was quoted £55, she said there must of been a mistake, so I got my daughter on the phone and she verified what I had been quoted. The receptionist went and got Ian and he came out, he said I obviously heard wrong, he would never charge that and if that's what I wanted to pay then I would not be welcome at his practice any longer, my husband was with me and was furious that he should talk to me with such tone, we will not be going back! An hour later the lady who had quoted me rang my home she said she was sorry she did quote me £55 but on top of that was the anaesthetic and that she should have explained better, I told her not to worry it was Ian's attitude that had offended me more than anything.
