Brilliant customer service from all of the very friendly staff and a superb vet. The way Chris looked after our poorly cat was simply amazing. He treated her so well, putting her at ease and showed a level of caring and understanding which really showed how much he cared. Even better, the final bill came in less than the quote?! Will be back with my other pets.

We used to trust this vet before they let are dog die. Just a bunch of money grabbers that take advantage of animal lovers who want to help their darling pet. 'Inconclusive' isn't good enough when you clearly know whats wrong, when you've 'seen this before'.We are never going here again, and recommend you don't either.

A big thank you to Chris for looking at my hamster today, but also for looking after me when my finger got in the way of the hamsters teeth! Nasty bite, teeth went in both sides of finger, stopped bleeding now but still throbbing after 2 hours. He quickly suggested I wash it, then he got me a plaster and gave me a kit kat!! Back to the hamster, got respiritary infection. Chris gave him injection, was very thorough, much to hamsters disgust, hence the bite! Couldnt ask for better service

I've been registered with Henley House for years and they have always been outstanding! Yesterday I had to have my little hamster pts as she was sadly very elderly and struggling with pneumonia (obviously a very upsetting time) and I couldn't have asked for a better or more sympathetic interaction with the lovely vet and veterinary nurses! Peanut came back to me in a lovely little box and had been carefully wrapped in tissue and the box lined as well which for me is very important! Such great empathy care and compassion shown to our pets and us as owners! Amazing!

I've been registered with Henley House for years and they have always been outstanding! Yesterday I had to have my little hamster pts as she was sadly very elderly and struggling with pneumonia (obviously a very upsetting time) and I couldn't have asked for a better or more sympathetic interaction with the lovely vet and veterinary nurses!
