Our animals have been patients of Parkview since 1977 and, as yet, see no reason to change. What we do miss though, is the familiar faces and personal touch of the veterinary surgeons we have known over the years. A bit like our current GP practice (all locums)!!

My pet cat Mint has been using the same vet practice since we brought her home from a rescue shelter and we have always been treated really nicely by all the staff at Medivet Welling. From telephone call interaction with the reception to several visits with the vet team, always with a smile and attention that all pets deserved. 100 recommended if you are in the Welling area.

Because I needed an emergency appointment as we wasn't sure if our cat would last the night. We were seen with no fuss within 20 mins of our arrival.Turns out he had a very high temperature and possible virus. He seems to be slowly on the mend.

I would love to rate 5* for the veterinary and nursing staff for their absolutely amazing work at the surgery, however my complaint goes towards certain receptionist staff who think they are qualified...
I would love to rate 5* for the veterinary and nursing staff for their absolutely amazing work at the surgery, however my complaint goes towards certain receptionist staff who think they are qualified enough to give advice on a medical query, especially when interrupting the specialists who were already talking to me. I would advise them to do the job they are paid for and not the job they are not qualified to do, work on their people skills and to learn how to stay out of an issue that doesn't concern them.

Such lovely compassionate staff that looked after my little dog when he was very ill and made his last moments with the family so lovely, we can not thank you enough.

Recommended my dog have two blood tests, having extracted more than £350 for the tests, the surgery having received the test results did nothing for weeks and weeks, why? because the vet who saw my dog on first arrival was on long term sick leave.
Well, that's the excuse given.
This place under the new management has become very slap dash and uncaring, it's most certainly not the place it once was.
I'm off to find another vets, I'd think twice if I were you, especially if you care for your pet.
ps... I collected my dog's blood test results from the surgery. The testing laboratory think my dog is a cat!!! I wonder where they got that idea????

I have used Park View for both my dogs for the past 20 years. They are always helpful, caring and efficient. They could do with a few more parking spaces, but I can cope with that when they care so well for my pets!
