At easipetcare, we pride ourselves on offering veterinary care of the highest standard, at prices affordable to all! That’s why you’ll find our prices are amongst the lowest in the UK.
Offering you complete flexibility, we run a mix of appointments and walk-in clinics are we are open 7 days a week. We are open Monday – Friday from 8am – 8pm, Saturdays from 9am – 12pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
We offer a full range of primary veterinary care including consultations, vaccinations, neutering, advice, treatments, dentistry, blood tests, x-rays, surgery and more.

Very positive experiences of Tender Paws. Staff are caring and very thoughtful. We had three separate phone calls from a vet to try and work out a care plan for our dog when things did not go right. ...
Very positive experiences of Tender Paws. Staff are caring and very thoughtful. We had three separate phone calls from a vet to try and work out a care plan for our dog when things did not go right. They are not "pushy" and I have the clear impression that people are working in the best interests of the animal.

I truly cannot rate Tender Paws at Hayes enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go over and above what you would expect from a vet. All at the vets have been so kind and caring for both my cat and me. Both owner and staff are fantastic and long may they stay in this area

I couldn't believe my luck when i walked into this practice. I had just gone to check it out to see if it would be suitable for my 8 wk old puppy (i was going to collect her the next day). The first impression i got was that it was spotless! Also, the happy, friendly greeting i got on walking in was amazing. I did not hesitate to register my puppy there and then! I had several questions i wanted to ask as i had never owned a puppy before, and Jill was most helpful. She was reassuring and informative and i knew that my pup Bonnie would be in safe hands.
On visiting Tender Paws again a few days later with my new pup for a free puppy check, the receptionists there were absolutely lovely. Jenny and Wendy made a fuss of her and gave her a treat. They said that i could ring anytime i needed information or if i was worried about my pup. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. And, a couple of days later, i got a lovely card from them welcoming us to their practice. The card was signed by all the staff. How good is that:) Thank you to Ali the vet and everyone we saw at Tender Paws Vets. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends!

Went there recently with my dog, the staff genuinely loved animals, giving him lots of treats and attention despite being so busy- he loves it there! All the staff were very helpful and competent. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends- I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very positive experiences of Tender Paws. Staff are caring and very thoughtful. We had three separate phone calls from a vet to try and work out a care plan for our dog when things did not go right. I truly cannot rate Tender Paws at Hayes enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go over and above what you would expect from a vet. All at the vets have been so kind and caring for both my cat and me. Both owner and staff are fantastic and long may they stay in this area

I couldn't believe my luck when i walked into this practice. I had just gone to check it out to see if it would be suitable for my 8 wk old puppy (i was going to collect her the next day). Went there recently with my dog, the staff genuinely loved animals, giving him lots of treats and attention despite being so busy- he loves it there! All the staff were very helpful and competent. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends- I wouldn't go anywhere else!
