Ive been in the animal care industry for over thirty years and can honestly say you won't go far wrong with Rikus and his team. Genuine and straight talking...always puts your pets first....care is fantastic and the support when you hit difficulties is 2nd to none. Hard to find really good vets these days who put animals first before their bank balances. Stick with Rikus...he's one of the good guys

Sadly had our pet put down but the vet was very patient and understanding. Seemed moved himself by events.
They have been a good vets over the life of our pet

Even though our first encounter was not under the best circumstances, they were so informative and did not sugar coat things, which i find to be very important. Our beloved 8 month...
Best Vet Practice!
Even though our first encounter was not under the best circumstances, they were so informative and did not sugar coat things, which i find to be very important. Our beloved 8 month old puppy had to be put down due to a fatal accident, the staff were so supportive and caring towards us and our pet. I hope everyone has a chance to meet this amazing team of people who genuinely care for our pets wellbeing.

Can't recommend this practice highly enough. Rikus and the team are wonderful. Incredibly caring, you never feel rushed and he remembers each animal and explains everything to you so you understand what has happened and why. If you have a pet and want them looked after by the best vet around, take them to Kings Road!

Brilliant vets. We used to go to the one in Bigging hill until we where recommended to use Kings. Anyway they are great. They will try there hardest to fit you in and aren't to expensive.

After having spent countless hours and an untold amount of money, at a different veterinary surgery on a very poorly cat, we went to Kings Road vets. The staff are extremely happy and helpful, they all seem very caring. Rikus is a wonderful vet.
He always has time to listen to your problems, doesn't jump to conclusions and tries to solve problems without expensive medicines, offering advice on diet and lifestyle changes for our cat which solved many of her problems. He always takes time to explain the reasons behind everything. I would, recommend this vet to anyone.

Even though our first encounter was not under the best circumstances, they were so informative and did not sugar coat things, which i find to be very important. Our beloved 8 month old puppy had to be put down due to a fatal accident, the staff were so supportive and caring towards us and our pet.
