Friendly staff. Easy to find. Nice and clean. Reasonably priced. Everything you could want in a vets. I actually received a phone call from the receptionist to explain they'd forgotten to tell me that...
Friendly staff. Easy to find. Nice and clean. Reasonably priced. Everything you could want in a vets. I actually received a phone call from the receptionist to explain they'd forgotten to tell me that I get 4 weeks of free insurance with my kitten starter pack and to just drop in at anytime to sign the form and they'd get it sent off. Just all around great.

Great vets practice! Unlike a lot of other professionals (dentists, opticians etc ) every one of the staff here love their job and all their furry clients. Wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Fantastic vets. Really gentle and caring with our cats. Helen, our vet, treats each of our cats as an individual, recognising their character differences. So glad we chose this vets.

Hi I have been with this vets a while as i live in the area. They are caring and lovely but recently I had to take my cat in for neutering. They told me he would need a minor operation to find one of his testicles and they would charge me £700 for this! I was shocked, getting an animal neutered is a good thing and people should be encouraged to do this but to be charged that much money is extortionate. I have found elsewhere in the area to do the same proceedure for £72 so how they came up with £700 fees is beyong belief .

Was not impressed by the vet. The reception staff were quite nice but he seemed in a rush, gave no explanation, seemed annoyed by questions and generally seemed harrassed despite no one else waiting....

I got the impression he neither liked working with animals or humans particularly. Will not use again.

Having a new puppy I'm probably over nervous about his health and when he became ill after chewing something possibly alien and definitely revolting (I had to wrestle it off him and it looked like a prop from Star Trek!) last week I brought him to the surgery.After some quick, confident treatment he was back to his best.I've found the vet to be caring and professional beyond the call of duty. The surgery has recently been refurbished and is welcoming and bright and from my experience, very busy, with a plethora of thank you cards from grateful pet owners. I would definitely recommend to other pet owners in the area.

Hi I have been with this vets a while as i live in the area. They are caring and lovely but recently I had to take my cat in for neutering. Having a new puppy I'm probably over nervous about his health and when he became ill after chewing something possibly alien and definitely revolting (I had to wrestle it off him and it looked like a prop from Star Trek!) last week I brought him to the surgery.After some quick, confident treatment he was back to his best.I've found the vet to be caring and professional beyond the call of duty.
