CHECK YOUR INVOICES, AND LISTEN CAREFULLY TO VETS, as recollections & advice do vary, one vet to the other gives opposite advice on serious issues like heart murmurs. Meaning the life or death of your pet potentially, if you take the wrong vet's advice. I was apologised to by one vet, couldn't understand at all how his colleague couldn't hear the murmur. Also charged me £49.50 from an invoice from July 2024, I was questioned about it in Aug Sept 2024, I advised them I paid it, as all other invoices if you can find out otherwise let me know, I heard nothing. One of my dogs was at the vet on January 25 and the receptionist just added the £49.50 onto my bill, without asking me, and just gave me a PDQ receipt with no breakdown, had I not asked for an invoice to show breakdown to my insurer it would have never come to light. Make sure you collect your flea and worming tablets each month too, you are paying for them after all. If you don't pick them up you have paid for nothing, I am so disappointed this has turned into a money making business and not the caring vets it was years ago. Read Less
