We have used Town and Country Veterinary Surgery for many years and have always been fully satisfied with the care and treatment they have provided to our cats.
All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful and definitely work as a team in providing a first class service.
The surgery have supported us through some sad and difficult times when our cats have been very poorly. The vets and the veterinary nurses have always fully explained all treatment options including any potential risk factors involved in the treatment plan.
We had an occasion a few years ago when we unexpectedly needed to call for the urgent treatment of one our cats and from the receptionist to the vet and nurses they responded sensitively and effectively to the very difficult situation.
We have never had any cause to complain about the service and have never had any difficulties in obtaining repeat prescriptions when needed. In fact on one occasion they went out of their way to get me a repeat prescription when I'd overlooked ordering it. 😺😺

Been using this vet for at least 20 years with our pets. First time ever we asked for a prescription, my wife was told we don't do them and gave her the Metacam we asked the prescription for, i got in touch and said we didn't want that but a prescription to get it for a third of the price they charge. We were given a prescription for 1 small bottle at a rip off charge for the prescription. Usually you can have 6 repeats on one prescription !
We have 3 large dogs 2 of which need ongoing medication. We will not use this vet again !
So much for loyalty.

Wonderful Veterinary Clinic. Whether calling on the phone or in person, the receptionists are pleasant, polite and professional. They work hard to try to get quick appointments which is important when worried about your pet. The vets and veterinary nurses listen to your concerns and explain everything from causes to treatment. The way they interact with your pet makes clear that it's not 'just a job' and they care about the animals they treat. We have been to them with the smallest of pets (dwarf hamster) through to cat, rabbit and geese and always be extremely grateful and happy with the care provided.

Town and Country is an excellent surgery. For one thing, they are very accommodating with their surgery hours and if necessary you can get to see a vet at weekends with no problems. I am not the sort of person who takes my dog for every minor ailment, but sometimes pets do need vets. My Lurcher was bitten by another dog recently and suffered a nasty puncture wound. With the caring treatment and medication she received from the staff , she is now fully recovered. They really took the time and patience with my dog who is quite nervous around vets, and put her very much at ease. Amy the veterinary nurse is a star and a true animal lover. Thank you to everyone. Very friendly and welcoming staff, offered help with getting my pram into the vets as I had my puppy in my hands aswell. Also helped me through to the treatment room, they offered lots of advise and information that I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. They introduced me to the pet health club which I have signed up to as it is a very good health scheme which saves you money and allows you to spread the cost of routine care and keeps your pet healthy and happy.

Dont think i would come back here. One vet there was absolutely brilliant with my rottweiller spike but unfortunately had to have him put to sleep on saturday. Natasha was excellent and gave him a thorough going over and was honest with us unlike the first one we saw back in november. Both me and my partner not happy and upset with the outcome.

All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful and definitely work as a team in providing a first class service.

Wonderful Veterinary Clinic. Whether calling on the phone or in person, the receptionists are pleasant, polite and professional. They work hard to try to get quick appointments which is important when worried about your pet. The vets and veterinary nurses listen to your concerns and explain everything from causes to treatment. Town and Country is an excellent surgery. For one thing, they are very accommodating with their surgery hours and if necessary you can get to see a vet at weekends with no problems. Very friendly and welcoming staff, offered help with getting my pram into the vets as I had my puppy in my hands aswell. Also helped me through to the treatment room, they offered lots of advise and information that I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. They introduced me to the pet health club which I have signed up to as it is a very good health scheme which saves you money and allows you to spread the cost of routine care and keeps your pet healthy and happy.
