My 9yr old Pomeranian, needed some teeth out, he had a past history of a suspected brain prob, because of suspected fits. So this operation scared me stiff. Gill Browne, is my guardian angel lol she put me at ease and Lewis too, she and the girls at this practice, are just amazing <3 ty all so very much x x And you are kept informed of the costs, so no big surprises here :)

Everyone was friendly, reassuring and forthcoming with information. My dog, the apple of my eye, was well cared for and is bouncing about again. I live in London, but found previous reviews helpful and the location easy to find when searching for a vet.
The fee was also very reasonable but a secondary consideration in an emergency. I would use this service again.

As a multi dog family our choice of vet is important for them as well as us. We were looking for a practice that offers a friendly as well as competent service. It was a big moment for us, having previously been with an excellent family practice for over 20 years, and Alexander's meets our expectations and hopes. The nursing staff are welcoming and Kate was patient with us as new clients, informative and very calming for us as well as our fur babies. I am delighted with our choice would definitely recommend them.

Alexander Veterinary Centre provides an excellent friendly service in a clean and safe environment. The high level of staff knowledge, genuine care, compassion and kindness shown towards animals (and pet owners) is clear to for all to see. Friendly, professional and practical advice is offered on all aspects of pet health care. Competitive rates combined with the the Team's excellent straight talking communication skill ensures that all bills are explained in full, so there are never any unexpected or hidden fees. However, as with most pet owners it is more about the health and wellbeing of our pets than than the money. We go to Alexander Vets because we feel happy, confident and comfortable that we always receive top quality service in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Like any pet owner our dogs are the heart of the family & whenever we take them to the vets they are treated as well as if they were the vets own. Both have had surgery there, our Jack Russell had a lump removed by Gill and our Jack Russell x Patterdale recently had some stones removed from his bladder by Ian. They were both so well looked after it took away the anxiety of someone else having your dog. The aftercare was great and all the staff have always been brilliant could not recommend alexander vets more!

Changed to these vets many years ago,because they Care as much as We care!,when we lost our older lab Lucy they supported us so well,my girls actually pull towards the door for their treatment, 2016 Recently took Lola our 12 yr old lab for her booster and KC also showed Vet Ian Gibson Lola's lesion she had on her face,we all decided to remove it and Ian Performed the surgery last week,Lola was treated with utmost care her wound has healed well,Ian rang me today with the great news that the lump was benign which was a great relief, I continue to use this practice for many reasons and 100%recommend them.

Friendly, professional and practical advice is offered on all aspects of pet health care. Like any pet owner our dogs are the heart of the family & whenever we take them to the vets they are treated as well as if they were the vets own. Both have had surgery there, our Jack Russell had a lump removed by Gill and our Jack Russell x Patterdale recently had some stones removed from his bladder by Ian. They were both so well looked after it took away the anxiety of someone else having your dog. The aftercare was great and all the staff have always been brilliant could not recommend alexander vets more!
