Awful service, have now changed to a different vets! The receptionist is incapable of relaying messages correctly, isn't very professional and would probably benefit from either a rocket up her backside or a brain cell! Nobody calls back when they say they will and aren't very apologetic when you have to keep ringing cos they didn't bother calling you back. Made up prices - was given 1 price for my dog's operation, which then went up by £100 before he was even booked in and they gave me 3 different reasons why. I asked what the highest cost would be, they didn't know but could be double! I asked if they do payment plans if it does cost more than I was quoted, they didn't know. I asked how long the op would take and if he'd have to stay overnight (so I could book time off work) but they didn't know. Then refused to book him in without seeing him for a second time, which I would be charged again for! All in all it's not been a great experience and I have now moved to somewhere else, where they know what they're talking about, have a clear pricing structure, answered all of my questions properly (first time too!), fully trained receptionist and not for profit! I wouldn't trust them to look after my pets properly as they "don't know" a great deal and seem to be just in it for the money! Disgusted. Read Less
