At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own. Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment. Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive. Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

We took our cat to this branch for surgery. After a short wait, we went into see the vet and proceeded with the pre op checks. The vet was incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. He answered our concerns and questions, and checked the cat. Pre ops are fairly quick and it is recommend to go in the evening. You're given information to take with you after the appointment. On the day of the operation, we were asked to arrive early to drop our cat off and were called later in the day to collect him. Again after debrief and paying of the bill, we were given information to take home. Read Less

The place is a complete and utter joke! I took one of my small pets to have her teeth clipped and to arrange for an extraction. Was told how difficult the operation would be ect... He then took her in the back for a tooth clip only for me to hear him joking around with the receptionist about giving her something toxic so they don’t have to progress with the extraction. Also the receptionist running out saying she can’t stand rats. Fair enough but the way they acted was completely unprofessional! It’s pretty shocking that people like this work in a vets practice. Spoke to the manager to be told I’m wrong and there’s no way the vet would say such a thing when I can assure he 100% DID but she wasn’t having any of it 🙄 I used to think highly of vets4pets but after this I definitely won’t be returning and i would advise anyone to not take your beloved pet there. Not the cheapest of vets so you expect a good service not this! Read Less
