I must stress i am not talking about mr jones he was excellent and empethetic to your pet, but not these unemperthetic,, unsympathetic liars are not, these are liars, they charged me twice for the sam...
I must stress i am not talking about mr jones he was excellent and empethetic to your pet, but not these unemperthetic,, unsympathetic liars are not, these are liars, they charged me twice for the same consutation and meds (£170) and after asking for the money back they did so begrudgingly, i said dont i get an apology then, with no reply, the vet georgio said i was rude i cant see how when i stayed out side while he took my dog in, he recommended antimflamitories, which i asked for some antibiotics as well, by this point i had spent hundreds on my dog by now, the manager said i was rude to her yet i did not speak to anyone on that appointment, then i get a letter saying saying they were not about to put up with my rude behaviour, if asking for an apology and meds for my dog and being quiet then yes i am guilty, if you think anything of your animal go elsewhere, they think of money rather than your pets health.

Last week I needed a vet quick, after being warned from a friend and seeing reviews online about the receptionist I decided to ignore all that and use them anyway. I wish I listened after the receptionist was so rude and horrible to me I came off the phone very upset.av heard good things about the vet himself however that silly woman really knows how to put people off. Empathy is needed in that kind of work not bad attitude.

The vet himself is very kind and good at what he does. However the receptionists are extremely rude. Had my dog vaccinated and the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay upfront, without any indication...
The vet himself is very kind and good at what he does. However the receptionists are extremely rude. Had my dog vaccinated and the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay upfront, without any indication no refunds were given if I couldn’t finish the vaccines there. Then had my dog get a rabies shot for travels, had called prior to moving to ask again if I needed to come down for any letter to prove such, and was told no. Only to be phoned the next day by the morning receptionist who ended up telling me how the vet worked all night on my papers and the other receptionist I spoke to just wasn’t trained. No refund. No apologises. Just an attitude for something that was THERE mistake. And a huge inconvience for me now.

2 weeks ago I took my puppy for his vaccination and microchip, the vet hadn't weighed my puppy and also the table was dirt...
Only recently joined this veterinary practice first impressions wasn't good,
2 weeks ago I took my puppy for his vaccination and microchip, the vet hadn't weighed my puppy and also the table was dirty same as the room there was paper work spread all over the desk and dust everywhere,
Came out to book an appointment for 2 weeks time the receptionist was on her phone on a personal call and didn't put the phone down whilst taking payment and booking me in which I was very shocked at.
2 weeks later we turn up to our appointment to find out the receptionist had booked us in on the wrong day and wrote on our appointment card the date we had showed up on.
The other two ladys who were on reception had said it would be ok and there would be a small wait which was fine as it wasn't our fault.
Went into the vets room and again the table hadn't been cleaned and there was mud all over the table and again my puppy hadn't been weighed.
The hygiene of the practice is very poor! For puppys who havnt been protected going in there they are bound to get something!
After taking him for the first time to Jones Robert my puppy ended up with diarrhea and took him to another vets and they said if the hygiene was poor he could of court something from there.
Personally I will now be changing vets as my experience isn't a good one.

The staff and vets are very caring. A very professional team im getting another dog in august and il be registering her with them.

Last week I needed a vet quick, after being warned from a friend and seeing reviews online about the receptionist I decided to ignore all that and use them anyway.
