The male vet who treated my pet rats (one was Put to sleep) was very insensitive and handled them very roughly. Never again. All female staff that I met were very compassionate but the one treating my pets was not. Also Very expensive for the treatment my pets received. Read Less

Always a cheery welcome and the vets are friendly but professional. The vets are down to earth and understand the expense of properly looking after our pets and help with prescriptions when able. The staff are lovely and are genuinely compassionate, especially when my dear dwarf hamster passed away just as we were arriving for our appointment. They were excellent in treating my darling rat back to good health. They did all they could for my other beloved dwarf hamster when she was ill, she, however passed away three days later. Read Less

"ZERO" from me. Standard is OK, except always up selling and confirmed from our friends, not just imagination playing out. If you need a an emergency service out of hours "don't bother". As we found out to our peril. Telephoned for help, no answer, no out of hours announcement, "Nothing". Just a massage in the window on site giving a number and a address in Worsley. These days it cost nothing to have an announcement or call forwarding to be set-up. When in distress the mind doesn€t work well, and need all the assistance available. I have been attending Queens Park now for over twelve years and with three dogs i have been a regular visitor. I like the fact that i am seen at the appointment time and only ever 15 minutes late once due to an emergency. There is also a discount loyalty card which saves money. In the time i have been going i have had continuity of care for my animals and they have seen the same vet (with the rare exception) of a local for the whole time. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable being trained in vetinary care nursing and in general it is a very friendly practice....+++++ from me! Read Less

I have been going to this vets for many years and would never trust my pets with anyone else the staff are amazing very professional they take the time to explain things to you it's not just your pets that are looked after its us anxious owners as well. Nothing has ever been to much trouble for them and in difficult times with your pet that is what you need. They have great offers on at the moment they have started the Health Pets Plan which covers vaccines (provender for your cats) three free annual consultations and a six months consultion with a nurse which can save a lot of money over a year what's not to like!!
