I would highly recommend this vet to anyone Great place, all staff I've seen so far are very helpful when doing check ups with pets and answering my questions - done of which are probably ridiculous but they answer them anyway. My cat died yesterday and I called in tears with no idea what to do and the person on the phone was so patient and empathetic, talked me through my options and when I arrived they didn't overload me with information or ask questions I couldn't deal with then made sure I knew my options and the outcome of any decisions Read Less

The staff are nice, especially the lady I spoke to on the phone when booking the appointment. The vet that dealt with us was obviously experienced and refreshingly laid back, not going for the hard sell like most vets are pressed to do in private clinics. For the fairly extortionate price I did pay to have my pet treated (around three to four times more than I know I would've paid elsewhere), the vet seemed happy to see us as an emergency and wasn't in a rush to shoo us out, unlike the majority of my other experiences with one of their sister branches. In fact, he actually spoke leisurely and kept us there for much longer than necessary, but it made the service feel a lot more sincere and he put my worrying and overly-concerned mind at ease. In all the hubbub, I had left my pet's take-home medication on the reception desk immediately after paying for it. I didn't receive a phone call informing me of this and I hadn't realised my mistake until the next morning, when I was due to medicate her. I wasn't very happy with the lack of a quick call to inform me, it would've saved me a lot of time and effort. There was also no mention of prices or charges until you come back to pay so I was given quite a shock. The consult fee has yet again gone up a few pounds since I last visited. Read Less
