i just want to say a massive thank you for all your help when our little phebee had to be put to sleep on sunday evening.The emergency vet and the nurse who came to my house were absolutly fantastic with my wife and phebee.we were not registered with norcross and after my wife rang our usual vets to be answered by an arogant and rude man,my wife rang norcross.they came to our home straight the way and i cannot tell everyone how proffesional and understanding they were on such an upsetting time.The next day we went down to see our little phebee and the staff were absolutly great with me as i was upset.Iwould personally like to thank the emergency vet and the staff at Norcross for being so efficient and how caring they were.i will be registering my other doggie now with norcross as i know that they provide such an outstanding service with your animals .A big thank you.xxRead Less

Our 15 month old cat Madge was taken ill with poisoning and it was such a traumatic experience for my two children, as this was their first pet. The care that Madge received was amazing! Andrew is the most caring man and explained all the treatment, called me late at night to update me and was so lovely to my girls when we came in to visit Madge. Unfortunately Madge was too poorly and we had to say goodbye. What was a horrible day was made that bit better by the amazing staff and their pure love for animals. Great team! Read Less

Called near midnight with a serious problem and Andrew was patient, professional and courteous despite the late hour and Robine for her dedication to solving a serious dental/nerve problem in our cat. Our cat was hit by a car last night. We contacted our vets but unfortunately their only out of hours emergency service was in Preston. As we live across the road from your clinic we contacted your company. We have taken previous pets to your clinic in the past. As soon as your staff realised our cat was registered with a different vet the response was "We cannot see her because she is not registered with your clinic" even though this was an emergency. We later found out that you have an a Duty of Care to see injured animals. Contacting your vets again I was told "no, we're too busy" (at 10pm?). I was very angry that your clinic turned down an injured animal during the first contact as our cat was registered with one of your local competitors. I will be reporting your clinic to the RCVS. Absolutely can't thank Norcross Vets enough for their help tonight. In my role as scanner for Blackpool Fylde and Wyre for over a year and as founder of Homeward Bound, Norcross have always been helpful. Tonight we were called out to a found puppy and when one of my scanners attended, the puppy was unresponsive and had laboured breathing.
