Extremely pleased with this branch of Vets4pets. Maria the vet looked after our old dog for quite a while, offering good advice and treatment. Unfortunately due to Lucy's age and multiple health issues along with our health issues, my wife and I decided it would be best for Lucy to be put to sleep. I spoke to Maria the day before and explained the situation. Maria was very comforting and understanding and we arranged for Lucy to go in the following day. Lucy was in a very bad way on the day which confirmed we had made the right decision. From the moment we walked in we were treated respectfully and shown compassion. We were shown to a prepared room where I was told I could spend as long as I like with Lucy and to let them know when I was ready. I thought I was ready but burst into tears next to Lucy, we had her for around 15 years and I didn't realise how this would affect me. I was asked if I wanted to stay while Lucy was put to sleep and if I wanted her collar, I declined both. I cried a lot that day and it's been a week now and I can't help thinking about her, but I know deep down I did the humane thing. Today we received a sort of sympathy card with hand-written thoughts from the practice, which was a lovely thing to do. I cannot praise the staff enough, especially Maria. Thank you Maria and all the staff there.

Been a few times with my pet rabbits as one had issues with his teeth. Each vet gave different advise and were contradicting each other, they just did not seem like they knew what they were doing and ...
Been a few times with my pet rabbits as one had issues with his teeth. Each vet gave different advise and were contradicting each other, they just did not seem like they knew what they were doing and their advice was not sorting out the problem so in the end had to go to another vet who knew what they were doing. They are kept indoors and never had flea issue, yet when they came home after being kept here for a day they had fleas and they werent taking responsbilty.......said its not them as they said the cages are new..doesnt matter if there new or old cages fleas can get anywhere. Advice to other rabbit owners go somewhere that actually know what one is rather than this place..swear they think its a cat

Vsts4Pets Lancaster have always been great for my wife and I. On our most recent visit to Lancaster, our Miniature Dachshund fell and injured herself. Despite being Christmas eve, and no longer being registered with the practice, they were still able to make time to see us that same day. The vet was thorough with her checks and put our minds at ease.

Top vets. Excellent and professional service. I wouldnt want to go elsewhere after going there. My dog had made an excellent recovery after fairly major surgery for the removal of a very large cyst.

Been a few times with my pet rabbits as one had issues with his teeth. Each vet gave different advise and were contradicting each other, they just did not seem like they knew what they were doing and their advice was not sorting out the problem so in the end had to go to another vet who knew what they were doing. They are kept indoors and never had flea issue, yet when they came home after being kept here for a day they had fleas and they werent taking responsbilty.......said its not them as they said the cages are new..doesnt matter if there new or old cages fleas can get anywhere. Advice to other rabbit owners go somewhere that actually know what one is rather than this place..swear they think its a cat
