Took three junior cats in to be neutered, as usual Chad was fantastic checking one over that had birthing difficulties and putting my mind at ease.also Pauline who I spoke to before hand and on the day at the practice.she also rang today to to check how they was all doing before their post op tomorrow what a lovely lady! I took my ferret Trixie to get spayed and was a little worried about her the vets explained everything before hand and called me to explain what to do before she goes the staff where very polite and friendly and afterwards explained what I needed to do to take care of her until she heals they also booked me in for a check up appointment 2 days after and the cost was very reasonable, in the future I will definitely be coming here again as I'm sure my pets will be cared for in there handsRead Less

Been going to vet care for about 13 years now, when my dog went blind the owner chad was the only person that found out what it was, archie my blind king charles still sees chad on a regular basis and he is amazing at his work. I've been a client for 3 years and I recommend them to everyone I know. All the staff are always friendly and helpful, the vets are all brilliant, the nurses amazing! They helped us on the worst day when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog, and they now take care of our two cats. I have been a couple of times in the last 2 weeks with 2 of my cats. Trix had been bitten by another cat and he was seen as soon as the surgery opened on Sunday morning. I have just been with Smudge who is sneezing and spluttering. The staff are all excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they seem to take in interest in all the pets that are brought into them. We have used Vetcare for many years and have always been very happy with the treatment given to our dogs, one of which has been blind for a number of years. We have been seen by Chad, Gordon and Simone at various times and have been very happy with the treatment received. Most recently Gordon has been very kind and caring towards Millie who has been having treatment for a limp. We also have had kind and caring treatment from all the nurses and Sarah has been very helpful with regard to insurance claims. There is always a warm and friendly greeting whenever you arrive for an appointment and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Thank you to all concerned. I am really impressed with Vetcare. Returning home to find our beloved (albeit antisocial) cat Emo, hobbling around the house, I searched online for late opening vets, most closed at 5, others at 7, and at 6:30 was cutting it fine. Vetcare were open till 8pm, despite not being registered with this vet, a quick call explaining the situation, we were invited down to get Emo looked at. There was a bit of wait, but the staff were pleasant and talkative, and clearly had a great relationship with the others clients waiting with us. Once we were in to see the Vet (I forgot his name Doh!), he was pleasant & caring chap, even asking who was cooking Christmas dinner! Emo was surprisingly well behaved when being handled by him, and the nurse who assisted. It was explained to us what was up with Emo (being in a fight, suffered a bite, and now had an abscess), explained what jab's she'd been given and what they were going to do to help. Following previous experiences with an Emergency Vet, I was bracing myself for the bill, especially with it being 2 days before Christmas! I was genuinely surprised by the bill, very reasonable, and excellent value. Without any hesitation we'll be using Vetcare in the future for all Emo's needs. Thanks! Read Less
