Really impressed with the speed l was able to get an emergency appt following one of our cats smacking the new puppy in the eye with a claw. Calm staff in a non crowded waiting room. Mr Gilbert the vet was calm and patient with the dog. Took time to explain what was going on and the treatment needed. Been a client here now for some years -service and kindness is superb.

We lost our dog on Monday and the practice were so caring and thoughtful. We weren't rushed to say goodbye to him and it was very quick and peaceful. They even sent a card to us. We will be back when we eventually get another dog, but for now, we are are still grieving the loss of Ollie. I can't recommend these vets enough!

Fab vets. We have been bringing our 'spirited' German Shepherd here for a few years now and the staff do everything they can to help as he is a hand full! He has been in for a few war wounds from his travels and all the regular boosters. The only minor thing I would say they could improve on is appointment times. They are always at least half an hour late sometimes up to an hour late than was booked in for. Other than that - lovely place with fab staff!

A year ago Buster, our cat broke his leg after being hit by a car. The vets at Pinewood mended his leg with a metal rod to hold it together. We had lots of additional problems but thanks to the fantastic care at Pinewood, he recovered completely and is now springing about just like he used to! I can't praise the staff at Pinewood enough, not only did they fix my cat but they were really supportive to me when the situation looked bleak. They also didn't charge the earth. I would recommend Pinewood to anyone, it is quite simply the best vet practice in Chorley. THANK YOU !

I've been using this practice for 7 months now since moving back from London. One of my rescue dogs is very afraid of people and can show fear aggression. Jerome and all the staff have been so patient and understanding with him it's wonderful. The reception staff are fantastic. Everybody just makes you feel so welcome it's almost like paying a visit to friends. Brilliant practice!

My family and me have, let's say, quite a collection of animals between us. Each one is cared for by the team at Pinewood. It would be fair to say that we have had to take our fury and feathered brood for an array of ailments: some routine and some quite serious... There has never been any doubts that the care given is next to none.. The professionalism, compassion and empathetic manor that is displayed makes you feel you are the only one being cared for at any one time, or should I say my pets. I trust Pinewood and would not go anywhere else. I know that people don't think of costs or try not too, but, I have to say as far as veterinary practices go it is very competitive.. Thank you!!

Fab vets. We have been bringing our 'spirited' German Shepherd here for a few years now and the staff do everything they can to help as he is a hand full! He has been in for a few war wounds from his travels and all the regular boosters. The only minor thing I would say they could improve on is appointment times. A year ago Buster, our cat broke his leg after being hit by a car. The vets at Pinewood mended his leg with a metal rod to hold it together. We had lots of additional problems but thanks to the fantastic care at Pinewood, he recovered completely and is now springing about just like he used to! I can't praise the staff at Pinewood enough, not only did they fix my cat but they were really supportive to me when the situation looked bleak. They also didn't charge the earth. I would recommend Pinewood to anyone, it is quite simply the best vet practice in Chorley. THANK YOU !

I've been using this practice for 7 months now since moving back from London. One of my rescue dogs is very afraid of people and can show fear aggression. Jerome and all the staff have been so patient and understanding with him it's wonderful. The reception staff are fantastic. Everybody just makes you feel so welcome it's almost like paying a visit to friends. Brilliant practice!
