I have now left this practice after many good years of service from the previous owner Mary Glassbrook and team. The new owner Andrew Nash, had a very bad attitude to a previously agreed neutering arrangement, made when my dog was 6 months old. I had paid a deposit to secure the neutering at special offer price, for when my dog was 18 months old. I had been advised by a previous vet to wait until he was this age to help reduce health related issues in later life. I did manage to get my deposit refunded and my 18 month old dog is due to be neutered at another practice . I am very disappointed with Vets4Pets and would not go there again. Read Less

They neglected to diagnose my 4 years old cat, causing stress, having to return so many times. They had no sympathy and they failed to notice she had liver and kidney failure...allowing her to suffer painfully for over a month, dying slowly in front of my eyes. All they care about is getting your money, getting me to pay more for treatments. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. Forced me to go elsewhere to get my cat treated better, due to failed diagnosis, had to put her to sleep, no thanks to them. I advise you to stay away from them, unless you want your pet to die slowly in pains.Read Less
