We saw a new vet who was very nice, we usually see Patrick or Barbara, who are both brilliant Vets. I think we saw Vicky. We had not problems with our appointment. I would highly recommend this vet's, we have been with them for years and have no plans to use any other for our pets needs. Read Less

Can't rate these people high enough. Quickly spotted what was wrong with my cat and gave appropriate medicine and advice and was very reasonable when it came down to payment. My eyes welled up with relief when I came out. Now all she needs is love and care to nurse her back to health. Don't go anywhere else if you want genuinely caring, understanding staff who know their business and makes your business, theirs. Knowledgeable, professional and they won't rip you off. Do Not Take Your Pets Here! Disgusted with this practice on numerous occasions we came in about my dogs eye. We got told by three different VETS on several occasions that it was an infection here's some drops and another time we went back week or two later and a lady said she may have banged it so it will clear up but still ot did not. i meantioned cataracts as i googled some symptoms and we got told oh no shes to young for that..... No that wasn't the case! It can happen! and we really trusted their advice but after a while it was still the same and We wasn't happy one bit with their opinion so we asked another Vet. Within minutes he said he wasn't happy and wanted to do tests. They put our dog under and did tests and within a few hours we finally got the answers and yes it was Cataracts but it was now too late after being fobbed off so many times when it could have been provented by this practice that now my dogs eye is so badly damaged from not getting the right treatment she now has to have surgery next week to have the eye removed! So please be wary of this practice iv now heard alot of bad experiences people have had here and things that also go on behind closed doors in this practice! This place needs shutting down! I took Lucy in on Thursday as she had a bad case of the runs for three days and had collapsed. Patrick saw us both and straight away put my mind at rest, lucy wasn't going to die, my worst fear. What an excellent job he did, today Saturday, she is up and running, wet nose and has brought my show to me to go out. Thank you all very much for dealing with a very distressed mum and her baby. The people who work at the vets are very kind and caring . I have only been once to the Vets to have my dog aged 14 years to sleep which can be a very harrowing experience, and yet the staff were very kind and understanding from making the appointment over the phone to actually having the appointment. The vet we saw ( a gentleman) explained everything to my daughter and I and respected everything we wanted, also giving us time with our dog. I have come home today to find a card from The Vets saying they are thinking of us at this sad time. This was a lovely gesture and one I will never forget. Thank you The Vets Read Less
