Absolutely fantastic vets, very attentive and caring of the animals in their care and was able to make a short notice appointment when my puppy fell ill. Wasn't over diagnosed or overcharged for an injection and medicine. Even at busy times the staff take their time to ensure your pet is given the time they need to be looked at and care is given on medicine doses.

All our pets have been ably taken care of including one chicken! The waiting area been recently refurbished and the is now a VIP waiting area for cats. Nursing staff are friendly and approachable and the vets are knowledgeable, always giving good advice with the best interests of the animal first and foremost. Fees and meds are reasonably priced.

Been meaning to write a review for a while, but kept forgetting ..Apologies for that. All I can say is that the members of staff always have a smile on their faces and put you at ease. Over the last 12 months had lots of problems with our dogs. Firstly Jackson, who took ill suddenly and had to be treated as an emergency. Had lots of love,care and attention from the staff. Thought he was on the mend but sadly died a few days later. A few weeks after this our other dog Bailey became poorly. Again the tests were done and treatment quickly given. Bailey still has to go every month for an injection and hates it. Have to give Michael thanks for his patience with Bailey,who growls at him everytime. Would recommend Withy Grove to anyone . Once again thanks for your help and advice

A thoroughly professional and caring staff. I have had cause to use Withy Grove for over 30 years, with an assortment of animals, and have never had anything but excellent service. Scared pet was seen, whenever possible, outside the surgery; Cancer pet was operated on and then survived beyond the average span for his breed and post surgery predictions. Random car damaged hedgehogs have been treated free of charge and then passed on to hedgehog sanctuary. Nothing is too much trouble, and all pets seem to be known personally to all staff. So reassuring.

After my old vets closed to small animal treatment I was looking for a new vets. Withy grove was recommended to me and I now use them even though it is a half an hour drive from where I live. They will see your animal as soon as they can even if they don't have any appointments left. One of my dogs Rosie is a very nervous dog and they have even suggested to take her in if passing just so she has a positive experience. I would highly recommend this vets. They care about the animals and not just the profit.

Worst vets ever after changing my dog to this vets as it was closer than my previous I only attended twice before changing to ribble vets first time I took Skye to this vets I was quit uneasy about the fact the vet had to get a book out to look up her symptoms I'm pretty sure I could have googled it myself on the second occasion I rang the vet in the afternoon to ask if they could see Skye as she was very poorly and has just had a small seizure to be told by the very unhelpful receptionist that their was no ermergancy appointments and I could bring her down and wait in reception If I wanted but she would not be seen for about 2 hrs that is when I decided to take her to ribble vets and they was amazing as I drive past this practice I noted that their was nobody waiting to be seen as I was told that Skye could not be seen as they was fully booked when in fact they just had decorators in dreadful service .

We have been using Withy Grove Vets for over 15 years and have never had anything less than the finest quality care and service. They have cared for generations of our pets with dedication and proffesionalism. Every member of staff is friendly, caring, and no matter how busy they are, will stop to offer advice, help, or just a friendly word. Prices are always honest, reasonable and affordable (they haven't gone down the route many vets have of artificially inflating prices assuming everybody has veterinary insurance!)
I would not trust anybody else with my pets! Thanks for 15 years of great service! :)

For the most part we have managed to see the same vet on each visit and have always received the very best of care and attention. The vets are clearly very experienced and always deliver any treatment with care and compassion.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Been meaning to write a review for a while, but kept forgetting ..Apologies for that. All I can say is that the members of staff always have a smile on their faces and put you at ease. Over the last 12 months had lots of problems with our dogs. Firstly Jackson, who took ill suddenly and had to be treated as an emergency. Had lots of love,care and attention from the staff. Thought he was on the mend but sadly died a few days later. A few weeks after this our other dog Bailey became poorly. Again the tests were done and treatment quickly given. Bailey still has to go every month for an injection and hates it. Have to give Michael thanks for his patience with Bailey,who growls at him everytime. Would recommend Withy Grove to anyone . Once again thanks for your help and advice

A thoroughly professional and caring staff. I have had cause to use Withy Grove for over 30 years, with an assortment of animals, and have never had anything but excellent service. Scared pet was seen, whenever possible, outside the surgery; Cancer pet was operated on and then survived beyond the average span for his breed and post surgery predictions. Random car damaged hedgehogs have been treated free of charge and then passed on to hedgehog sanctuary. Nothing is too much trouble, and all pets seem to be known personally to all staff. So reassuring.

A truly caring practice. I would recommend them to anyone. I have seen the vets go on to the road outside to see a dog who was too anxious to enter the surgery. They go the extra mile.

After my old vets closed to small animal treatment I was looking for a new vets. Withy grove was recommended to me and I now use them even though it is a half an hour drive from where I live. They will see your animal as soon as they can even if they don't have any appointments left. One of my dogs Rosie is a very nervous dog and they have even suggested to take her in if passing just so she has a positive experience. I would highly recommend this vets. They care about the animals and not just the profit.

Ignore any bad review you read about this amazing practice. The team are fantastic and have always been nothing more than A+. I have an inquisitive dog who also happens to have allergies so I'm here more than I'd like to be but we have always been fit in for emergency appointments when needed and always had 5* care and advice. Can't thank the team enough.

Worst vets ever after changing my dog to this vets as it was closer than my previous I only attended twice before changing to ribble vets first time I took Skye to this vets I was quit uneasy about the fact the vet had to get a book out to look up her symptoms I'm pretty sure I could have googled it myself on the second occasion I rang the vet in the afternoon to ask if they could see Skye as she was very poorly and has just had a small seizure to be told by the very unhelpful receptionist that their was no ermergancy appointments and I could bring her down and wait in reception If I wanted but she would not be seen for about 2 hrs that is when I decided to take her to ribble vets and they was amazing as I drive past this practice I noted that their was nobody waiting to be seen as I was told that Skye could not be seen as they was fully booked when in fact they just had decorators in dreadful service .

We have been using Withy Grove Vets for over 15 years and have never had anything less than the finest quality care and service. They have cared for generations of our pets with dedication and proffesionalism. Every member of staff is friendly, caring, and no matter how busy they are, will stop to offer advice, help, or just a friendly word. Prices are always honest, reasonable and affordable (they haven't gone down the route many vets have of artificially inflating prices assuming everybody has veterinary insurance!)
I would not trust anybody else with my pets! Thanks for 15 years of great service! :)

We've been with the Withy Grove Clinic for over fourteen years now and have gone through various health problems with our three pedigree cats.
For the most part we have managed to see the same vet on each visit and have always received the very best of care and attention. The vets are clearly very experienced and always deliver any treatment with care and compassion.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
