I think they have gone very down hill. Since taken over from these big branches rung up to book my dogs in the girl was useless said she was new. Didn't have a clue what to do. Then when I finally got an app. Well the vet was just not nice at all her attitude stunk. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

Have taken my cat back and forth now with a recurring urine problem. The staff have been polite courteous and extremely helpful. We have now sorted her problems out Kate called me to advise on her urine test, that I didn’t need to bring her in again and to pick her prescription up. Costs are less than any other vets. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my cat here again.

Seemed to be inexperienced staff causing unevessary stress to my dog while taking blood for tests, and failed. Of course this is only my opinion but that's what counts isent it while I'm paying for my pets care? Certainly won't be returning. There are other vets in and around Preston. Where I can get good care for my dog.

Have taken my cat back and forth now with a recurring urine problem. The staff have been polite courteous and extremely helpful. We have now sorted her problems out Kate called me to advise on her urine test, that I didn’t need to bring her in again and to pick her prescription up. Costs are less than any other vets. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my cat here again.
