The staff member who took my call was polite, friendly and professional. They fit me in the very same day when I couldn't get to my local vets. This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, I really couldn't fault much about the visit. My cat is a little nervous so an area out of the openness of the pets at home store, so a little quieter would have been preferred but I was only seated for 5 mins before being seen. The vet treated my cat very well and gently and I came away feeling reassured and happy with my visit (my cat had an open sore abscess). I wouldn't think twice about using them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.
Thank you to he team for fitting me in and helping my little lady. It was very much appreciated.

Pleasant reception, good awareness of rabbit health, nice manner and my rabbit recovered from GI Stasis within hours of treatment. Highly recommend....although we once took a slightly snarly Border Collie and we weren't happy with the vet service provided. So I suppose it just depends.

The staff member who took my call was polite, friendly and professional. They fit me in the very same day when I couldn't get to my local vets. This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, I really couldn't fault much about the visit.
