Today I had to have my beloved dog Sam put to sleep I am absolutely devastated but without the help and support I received from Adam it would have been a lot harder. I cannot thank you enough for the help, kindness and sympathy you showed me and Sam through this horrendous time. I can't rate you highly enough. THANK YOU

We would Like to thank Mr Cogan and all his staff for there professional and caring manner when dealing with the loss of our wonderful cocker spaniel Dottie, the whole process of putting Dottie to sleep was carried out in such a manner that it was painless for ourselves and for our pet, the level of care that was shown was exceptional i would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody, once again we thank you all.

Took my dog in to get castrated and his surgery went great. He's recovering well and would highly recommend Valentine's. Very nice and caring staff. Simon.

I called into this practice not long ago with my elderly mother in law when she needed to collect another box of Advocate, and the lady at the front desk (slim, short brown hair, green uniform) told my mother in law because she hadn't given 24 hours notice she couldn't take it, she could only order it and collect the day after, and I myself asked her if they had the advocate in stock, to which she replied yes, but because we hadn't ordered it the day before we couldn't take any!!! Absolutely ridiculous, we haven't ever had to order it before, and non of the other staff have ever been that rude!!!! My mother in law is 76, and cannot drive, so we have to bring her, unfortunately we was going away the morning after, so wasn't able to take her back!!! Awful way to treat an elderly loyal client of 25 years!!!!

A very friendly atmosphere. Very informative, very professional. I would recommend this Veterinary practice to family and friends. Good parking. Easy to find on the main road.

I would highly recommend these vets after the level of care and compassion they showed to little daisy a 16 years old yorkshire terrier & her elderly owner. When daisy sadly past away. A few days later her owner received a handwritten sympathy card from Adam the vet who had treated daisy.

i have been visiting this place for over twenty years with all my variety of fur babies, they have always always been wonderful, professional and caring, tirelessly working for the community in the care of the animals of the surrounding area, and even though i moved out of the area, i still take my babies there, Thank you guys for caring, Jerry you are missed and thank you for all you have done for us.

We would Like to thank Mr Cogan and all his staff for there professional and caring manner when dealing with the loss of our wonderful cocker spaniel Dottie, the whole process of putting Dottie to sleep was carried out in such a manner that it was painless for ourselves and for our pet, the level of care that was shown was exceptional i would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody, once again we thank you all.

I called into this practice not long ago with my elderly mother in law when she needed to collect another box of Advocate, and the lady at the front desk (slim, short brown hair, green uniform) told my mother in law because she hadn't given 24 hours notice she couldn't take it, she could only order it and collect the day after, and I myself asked her if they had the advocate in stock, to which she replied yes, but because we hadn't ordered it the day before we couldn't take any!!! Absolutely ridiculous, we haven't ever had to order it before, and non of the other staff have ever been that rude!!!!
