he refused to consult on my dog and give a perscription..because i was 5 mins late after driving 95 miles to get there on time...was moving house.
My dog has heart desease.
He had a busy day..took it out on me. Well....
Thankyou sir for making my day miserable..and frightening my dog.
The perscription was with the receptionist anyhow! They didnt realise it! They had told me i had to have a consultation prior to a perscription being issued. .unbelievable.
Incompetant rude horrible experience.
My dog was shaking.
HORRIBLE MAN
Should not be a vet.
Will never step foot in there again.

The follow up appt was with Dr Vince Wager.
I was 5 mins late..he refused to consult on my poor dogs condition he also told me i had to return the following day if i wanted a perscription.
He was taking it out on me because ...and i quote ...(i have been working since 8am. I have had no lunch..and i have a very sick dog to attend to) he was very aggressive and angry..my dog was shaking it was a very unpleasant experience
i said ..well i am sorry you had a busy day but my dog has heart disease!
I left absolutely in disbelief that a professional vet could be so cruel..and so rude
I had driven 95 miles to the appointment i was moving house .....i was just late! And
ironically. ..the perscrption was with the receptionist anyhow! I needn't have seen that bad tempered vet anyway! previously i had been told i couldn't get the perscription without a consultation!
I will NEVER use that vets again.
I have never been so upset and shocked.

I can not thank the people at Shuttleworth enough for the help they have given Percy since we joined them. If it wasn't for them and their fantastic work I wouldn't have the happy and health boy I have today. They always greet him with a smile on each and every visit we make, each person makes a fuss of him and comments on how well he looks now. Each person at Shuttleworth makes the visits friendly and welcoming. I can't imagine using any other practice again.

The vets and the reception are the absolute best, not only do they care about your pet they care about the owners, My own experience with my very poorly cat was incredible i was so close to losing him...
The vets and the reception are the absolute best, not only do they care about your pet they care about the owners, My own experience with my very poorly cat was incredible i was so close to losing him after 14 years, but the staff did not give up and the little man is still with me and on the mend.
