I took my cat to Just Cats as wasn't eating and was vomiting too. I belonged to Just Cats for nearly 16 years now. The vet told me my cat broke K9 tooth and has gingivitis and tooth needs to be extracted and I need to pay £850 and if any extra teeth will need to be removed I will need to pay extra but approximate price will be £850. I was also told by that vet my cat is well looked after and will leave many years too. Cat was given steroids injection and flea treatment for 3 months. He was bit better for about 2 weeks and then again back to square one stated vomiting, couldn't and lost ridiculous amount of weight. I went to different vet who checked cat properly and smasked me who said to me my cat has gingivitis so I said JustCats and gave me also straight away printouts and gave me price for tooth extractions of £850. The vet who checked properly my cat said straight my cat has no gingivitis and never had looking at his tees and gums. I was told broken K9 tooth would not affect massively eating habits as cats do not chew with K8 teeth. But cat might have discomfort because of broken K9 toth. Apart of that vet confirmed my cat has tumor and komps in his stomach and intestines and actually is on end of life and literature dying. The vet told me my cat has hit quite good state of teeth for his age but doesn't eat and is vomiting simply as has tumors. There is no cure and I can only comfort my cat till end of his days. They vet also made clear my cancellation is in very bad state, underweight and would not fit for any surgery or operation and if I would've go ahead with tooth extraction as soon he would be on operation take he would've die. I cried literary for about a week from news I received and from shock I experienced realising ow Just Cats ok Duke Street in Southport lie to loyal customer just to make £850 on dying cat. I just found it absolutely disgusting. I will never goto Just Cats and I regret I was with them for nearly 16 years. I lost completely trust in any of their treatments or advices. I have 1 star but if I could I would not give even 1 star to them. Just disgusting! Read Less
